This is a build-to-order plugin, not an instant marketplace download. ECOSIRE builds it against your WooCommerce setup, installs it on your WordPress site, and supports it after launch. We tune the commission logic to your real compensation plan: flat rates per rep, per-product or per-category rates, and tiered/threshold rules (for example, escalating percentages once a rep crosses a monthly revenue band).
Reps are mapped to WordPress user accounts with a dedicated sales_rep role, so each rep logs into a front-end dashboard showing only their attributed orders, running commission, and statement history — no access to wp-admin or other reps' numbers. Admins get a back-office view under WooCommerce → Commissions for approvals, adjustments, and payout tracking (mark periods paid, record reference numbers, export statements).
The plugin is built HPOS-ready (WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage / custom order tables), uses native WordPress hooks and actions (woocommerce_order_status_changed, woocommerce_checkout_order_processed) so it stays compatible with your theme and other extensions, and stores commission records in custom database tables for clean reporting and WP-Cron statement generation. It works with WPML and WooCommerce Subscriptions on request, and respects refunds and partial refunds by clawing back the matching commission.

Commission is only earned once an order reaches your chosen trigger status (such as paid or completed). If an order is fully or partially refunded in WooCommerce, the plugin automatically reverses or reduces the matching commission line so reps are never paid on returned revenue.
