Paymob Checkout for WooCommerce connects your WordPress store to Paymob, the leading payment gateway across Egypt and the wider MENA region, so you can collect payments the way local customers actually pay: bank cards, Meeza local scheme, mobile wallets (Vodafone Cash, Orange Money, Etisalat, WE), and ValU BNPL installments — all from a single unified checkout iframe.
This is not an instant marketplace download. ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures the gateway directly on your WooCommerce site, wires it to your Paymob merchant account (API key, HMAC secret, integration IDs and iframe ID), and verifies a real test transaction before go-live. The plugin registers as a proper WC_Payment_Gateway, appears under WooCommerce → Settings → Payments, and respects your existing checkout — classic shortcode or the new block-based checkout.
Under the hood it follows WooCommerce best practice: HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) compatible, server-to-server transaction callbacks with HMAC signature verification so order status can never be spoofed, idempotent order handling to survive double callbacks, and full refunds from wp-admin that call Paymob's refund/void endpoints. Failed and pending payments are reconciled, and webhook events are logged for audit.

The gateway registers as a standard WC_Payment_Gateway, so it works with classic shortcode checkout and the newer WooCommerce block-based checkout, and it is built to be HPOS (custom order tables) compatible.
