How long does delivery take, since this isn't an instant download?
This gateway is built to order. After purchase we confirm your PayFast merchant details and WordPress access, then a typical build, sandbox testing and live installation runs about 5–10 business days. We install it directly on your site and run end-to-end test transactions before switching to live mode — you're never left to wire it up yourself.
What ongoing support and updates are included?
Every build includes a defined post-launch support window for configuration help, bug fixes and compatibility updates against new WooCommerce and WordPress releases (including HPOS changes). Do I need my own PayFast merchant account?

How does it prevent fake or duplicate payment confirmations?
Orders are only marked paid after PayFast confirms server-to-server. Every callback is signature/checksum validated to reject spoofed requests, and the webhook handler is idempotent — if PayFast retries or sends a duplicate, the order won't be completed twice or have stock deducted twice. The browser return URL is also re-verified server-side rather than trusted on its own.
Can the checkout and method labels be translated for a multilingual store?
Yes. The gateway title, description and method labels are translatable strings, so the plugin works with WPML and multilingual setups, and it's compatible with WordPress multisite. We can localize the customer-facing wording (for example Urdu and English) as part of the build.
