Checkout Field Editor & Manager for WooCommerce is a plugin ECOSIRE builds to order, installs on your WordPress site, and supports — not an instant marketplace download. We start from your real checkout requirements and ship a clean admin UI under wp-admin → WooCommerce → Checkout Fields where you can drag-drop to add, edit, reorder and remove billing, shipping and a dedicated additional-fields section.
It hooks WooCommerce the right way — woocommerce_checkout_fields, woocommerce_after_order_notes, woocommerce_checkout_update_order_meta and the Store API for block-based checkout — so values persist to order meta and render on the order screen, emails and the customer's My Account view. Is this an instant download I can install myself?
No. This is a build-to-order plugin. ECOSIRE builds it to your store's specific checkout requirements, then installs and configures it on your WordPress site. You don't get a generic file from a marketplace — you get a plugin shaped for your fields, validation and shipping zones, set up and verified by us.
How long does delivery take?
Typical lead time is 5 to 10 business days from the point we have your field list and access to a staging or live site. A straightforward set of standard fields lands toward the shorter end; complex conditional logic, many shipping-zone rules or unusual validation pushes toward the longer end. We confirm a firm date after a short scoping call before any work starts.
What about ongoing support and updates after launch?
Every build includes 30 days of post-launch support for fixes and small adjustments. Beyond that, we offer optional maintenance to keep the plugin compatible with new WooCommerce and WordPress releases (including HPOS and block-checkout changes). Does it work with the new block-based WooCommerce checkout?

Will the captured data show on orders, emails and in my other systems?
Yes. Field values save to order meta through the WooCommerce CRUD layer and are HPOS-compatible, so they appear on the order edit screen, in order-confirmation and admin emails, and in the customer's My Account. Because the data is exposed in order meta, it also flows through the WooCommerce REST API to any connected ERP, CRM or accounting integration.
Can it handle file uploads and tax-ID validation?
Yes. The file field accepts uploads (e.g. artwork, prescriptions, business documents) with allowed-file-type restrictions, and validation rules support regex patterns — so a VAT or tax-ID field can enforce the correct format for your region before the order is placed.
