When a dispute fires, the plugin listens to your payment gateway webhooks (Stripe charge.dispute.created, PayPal disputes, Braintree dispute notifications) and automatically assembles an evidence package from the matching WooCommerce order: billing/shipping address (AVS match), order line items, customer IP and device data, fulfillment and tracking numbers, refund/communication history, and your terms-of-service snapshot. Evidence is stored on a custom dispute post type so every case is auditable inside WordPress.

Built natively for modern WooCommerce: HPOS / custom order tables compatible, it reads orders through the WooCommerce REST API and CRUD layer (no fragile direct SQL), hooks into woocommerce_order_status_changed and gateway webhook actions, and schedules sync via WP-Cron (or a real system cron for high volume). Pre-built dispute response templates map evidence to each network's reason codes, and you approve or auto-submit responses back through the gateway API before the representment deadline.

A win-rate analytics dashboard in wp-admin tracks disputes by gateway, reason code, outcome, and recovered revenue, with chargeback alerts (email/Slack) and deflection prompts to refund pre-dispute when fighting isn't worth the MID risk. WPML and WooCommerce multisite supported on request.
