No. This is a build-to-order app. After purchase, ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures it specifically for your store — registering a custom app via OAuth, modeling your menu, generating your table QR codes and wiring order routing. It is tailored to your menu and kitchen workflow rather than being a generic one-click download.
+How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery is around 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff, depending on menu complexity, number of tables, modifier rules and your kitchen routing setup. After purchase we schedule a short discovery call to confirm scope, then share a delivery timeline. Larger multi-location rollouts are quoted separately.
+What ongoing support and updates do I get?
Every build includes a post-launch support window covering bug fixes and updates for Shopify API changes (for example, Admin GraphQL API version migrations and webhook updates). We also offer optional ongoing support and maintenance plans for menu changes, new tables, feature additions and priority response after the initial window.
+How do guests pay, and where does the money go?
Guests pay through your native Shopify Checkout using the same payment providers and wallets you already accept. Funds settle directly into your Shopify account, so payouts, taxes and reporting stay in one place. We do not insert a third-party payment processor between you and your guests.

Yes. The ordering menu is rendered from your existing Shopify products, options and metafields, so you do not maintain a duplicate catalog.
