QR Code Ordering & Pay-at-Table turns every table in your restaurant, bar or cafe into a self-service ordering station — without replacing your Shopify store or your POS. Guests scan a per-table QR code, open a mobile menu rendered from your existing Shopify products and metafields, choose modifiers (sizes, add-ons, cooking preferences), and pay through Shopify Checkout. The order is stamped with the table number and routed to your kitchen the moment payment clears.
This is not an instant App Store download. ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures the app specifically for your store. We register a custom Shopify app on your store via OAuth, model your menu with metafields and product options, generate and print your table QR codes, and wire order capture using the Admin GraphQL API and orders/create webhooks. Because it is built to order, it fits your menu structure, table layout and kitchen workflow instead of forcing you into a generic template.
Orders flow to a Kitchen Display System (KDS) view or an existing kitchen/receipt printer, each tagged with the table number so staff always know where a dish belongs. Guests get call-waiter and re-order buttons, so a second round never requires flagging anyone down. Every transaction settles inside your Shopify account, keeping reporting, payouts and taxes in one place.

Is this an app I can install instantly from the Shopify App Store?
No. This is a build-to-order app. After purchase, ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures it specifically for your store — registering a custom app via OAuth, modeling your menu, generating your table QR codes and wiring order routing. It is tailored to your menu and kitchen workflow rather than being a generic one-click download.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery is around one working week from kickoff, depending on menu complexity, number of tables, modifier rules and your kitchen routing setup. After purchase we schedule a short discovery call to confirm scope, then share a delivery timeline. Larger multi-location rollouts are quoted separately.
What ongoing support and updates do I get?
Every build includes a post-launch support window covering bug fixes and updates for Shopify API changes (for example, Admin GraphQL API version migrations and webhook updates). We also offer optional ongoing support and maintenance plans for menu changes, new tables, feature additions and priority response after the initial window.
How do guests pay, and where does the money go?
Guests pay through your native Shopify Checkout using the same payment providers and wallets you already accept. Funds settle directly into your Shopify account, so payouts, taxes and reporting stay in one place. We do not insert a third-party payment processor between you and your guests.
Will it work with my existing menu and kitchen printer?
Yes. The ordering menu is rendered from your existing Shopify products, options and metafields, so you do not maintain a duplicate catalog. Paid orders route to a KDS view or your existing kitchen/receipt printer, each ticket tagged with the table number. We confirm your specific printer or KDS setup during discovery and configure routing to match.
