The Print-on-Demand Fulfillment Hub is a custom Shopify app built for creators and merchants who sell custom-printed merch with no inventory of their own. Instead of juggling separate dashboards for each print provider, you design products, publish them to Shopify, and let the app auto-route every paid order to the right POD provider — then sync tracking back to the customer automatically.
This is not an instant App Store download. ECOSIRE builds the app to fit your providers, product catalog and margins, then installs it on your store and supports it afterward. You get a private app wired into your exact workflow rather than a generic one-size-fits-all listing.
Under the hood it uses Shopify's Admin GraphQL API and OAuth to connect to your store, order-creation webhooks to trigger fulfillment the moment payment is captured, and metafields to store per-product POD mappings (provider, blank SKU, print area, variant). When an order comes in, the app reads the line-item metafields, submits the fulfillment request to the matching provider's API, writes back a fulfillment with tracking so Shopify emails your customer, and updates multi-location inventory where relevant.
You also get a mockup and design uploader with a product builder, a catalog of blanks and variants to publish from, multi-POD routing rules (by product, region or cost), and a profit/margin calculator so you always know your take after base cost and shipping. Routing logic, provider priority and fallback behavior are all configured to your business.
The result: you focus on designs and marketing, and the order-to-print pipeline runs itself — built, deployed and maintained by ECOSIRE.
A designer or influencer selling custom apparel and accessories with zero inventory who wants every order printed and shipped automatically, without logging into separate provider dashboards.
A store that has outgrown a single POD partner and needs orders routed to different providers by product type, region or cost — with reliable tracking back to the customer.
A Shopify partner or operator who wants a clean, owned, automated fulfillment pipeline built once and handed over, rather than stitching together brittle off-the-shelf connectors.

No. This is a build-to-order app. ECOSIRE builds it to fit your providers, catalog and margin rules, then installs it on your store via OAuth and supports it afterward. You're getting a private app tailored to your workflow, not a generic public listing.
A typical build is delivered in roughly 1 to 3 weeks after we confirm scope — which POD providers you use, your product types and your routing rules. Timelines depend on how many providers we integrate and whether any provider has API quirks. We give you a firm date once scoping is done, before any work begins.
We integrate the providers you nominate during scoping, as long as they expose a fulfillment API or a supported order-submission method. The routing engine is provider-agnostic, so you can run several providers at once and add more later. If a provider you want has no usable API, we'll tell you upfront rather than promise it.
Every build includes an agreed post-launch support window for bug fixes and adjustments. POD provider APIs and Shopify's Admin API change over time, so we offer continued maintenance to keep integrations working, handle API version bumps and add providers or rules as your business grows. Support terms are set out in writing before delivery.
When a customer pays, Shopify fires an order-creation webhook to the app. The app reads each line item's POD mapping (stored in metafields), submits the fulfillment request to the matching provider's API, then writes a Shopify fulfillment with the tracking number so your customer gets a native shipping email. Routing, provider priority and fallback are all configured to your rules.
Yes. The app is installed on your Shopify store and the order, product and tracking data lives in your Shopify account via standard objects and metafields. Provider API keys are stored securely and scoped to only the permissions needed. You own the deployed app for your store.
