After purchase, ECOSIRE installs a private Shopify app on your store via OAuth, wires it to your data through the Admin GraphQL API, subscribes to orders/create and orders/updated webhooks, and stores your template definitions in metafields so they travel with your shop. Built for real workflows: a single sale can fan out into a customer receipt, a kitchen ticket (item modifiers, table/order number, course grouping), a gift receipt (prices hidden), and an A4 invoice for B2B buyers. Receipts render in the customer's language and store currency, with right-to-left support where needed.
Because every store is different, we scope, design and configure the templates with you, test against your printer hardware (POS receipt printers and standard A4), and hand over a documented setup. You get a fixed $99 one-time build, no per-receipt fees, and ongoing support from the team that built it. Honest delivery: a typical build ships in 5–10 business days depending on how many receipt types and locations you need. The $99 covers the one-time build plus 30 days of post-launch support and bug fixes. You're supported by the same team that built it - not a generic helpdesk.

Yes. From a single order we can print a customer receipt and a separate kitchen ticket that shows item modifiers, course grouping and table/order numbers, while suppressing prices. Printing is triggered by Shopify orders/create and orders/updated webhooks so tickets fire as orders come in.

Yes. Receipts follow the customer locale and your store/market currency settings, including right-to-left rendering for languages like Arabic.
