Inventory and COGS are tracked across multi-location inventory using landed-cost data we map into metafields, so margin is recognized when goods ship — not when cash lands.
Reconciliation is the core: we match Shopify Payments and third-party gateway records, bank feeds, and payout batches line by line, surfacing only true exceptions. No. This is a build-to-order solution. ECOSIRE custom-builds the app against your specific store, chart of accounts and tax setup, then installs it for you via Shopify OAuth. It is not a self-serve App Store listing, and we never claim an instant download.
Typical delivery is 2 to 4 weeks. The exact lead time depends on store complexity, number of sales channels and gateways, multi-location inventory, and how much transaction history needs to be backfilled. We confirm a schedule during onboarding right after purchase.
ECOSIRE supports the app after handover. That includes maintaining compatibility with new Shopify Admin GraphQL API versions, adding handling for new payment methods or edge cases, fixing issues, and adjusting mappings as your business changes. Support terms are confirmed at handover.
