Shopify does not offer a native PayMongo integration, and Philippine merchants who want to accept GCash, GrabPay, Maya, cards and online banking through PayMongo's developer-friendly APIs usually end up stitching together hosted checkout links or manual payment instructions that break the on-store buying flow. ECOSIRE closes that gap with a purpose-built PayMongo gateway, custom-developed for your specific store and theme.

This is build-to-order software, not an instant App Store install. After purchase, our engineers build the integration against your store, wire it into your checkout flow, connect it to your PayMongo merchant account, and hand it over installed and tested. You receive a working integration — not a generic download you have to configure alone.

Under the hood we use Shopify's Admin GraphQL API, app OAuth for secure store access, and registered webhooks so that PayMongo payment events (paid, failed, refunded) reconcile back to the matching Shopify order. We persist gateway references and reconciliation data in order metafields, so every transaction is auditable from the Shopify Admin. Settlement happens in PHP directly to your PayMongo account.

How long until the PayMongo gateway is live on my store?

This is a build-to-order integration, not an instant download. Typical delivery is about 2 to 3 weeks from kickoff: a discovery call to confirm scope, a staging build against your store and PayMongo account, UAT sign-off with you, then go-live. Timelines depend on how quickly you provide PayMongo API access and approve testing — we confirm a concrete date during discovery.

What happens after launch — do I get support and updates?

Yes. Every build includes a post-launch support window covering bug fixes and compatibility updates as Shopify (checkout, API versions) and PayMongo (API changes) evolve. After the included window, ongoing support and enhancements are available under a maintenance arrangement. You always own the delivered integration.

Do I need my own PayMongo account?

Yes. Settlement goes directly to your own PayMongo merchant account in PHP — we never sit between you and your funds. You'll need an active PayMongo account with API keys; we handle the technical wiring, webhook registration and Shopify-side configuration.
