Selling on eMAG — the dominant marketplace in Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary — means living inside eMAG Marketplace API rules: offer-based listings, category-specific characteristics, commission and VAT handling, and tight stock accuracy thresholds. Running that alongside Shopify by hand is where oversells, price drift and missed orders creep in.
This is a build-to-order integration: ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports a private connector wired specifically to your Shopify store and your eMAG seller account. It is not a one-click App Store download — we scope your catalog, your category mappings and your fulfillment flow first, then deliver a tested, working system.
On the Shopify side the connector authenticates via OAuth as a custom app and uses the Admin GraphQL API plus webhooks (products/update, inventory_levels/update, orders/create) to react in near real time. Multi-location inventory is respected so eMAG stock reflects the warehouse you nominate. Marketplace-specific data — eMAG category IDs, mandatory characteristics, commission notes and offer flags — is stored in Shopify metafields, so your product data stays in one place.
On the eMAG side we map products to the correct category tree, push offers (price, stock, handling time, warranty), pull orders into Shopify as native orders, and reflect fulfillment and AWB/courier status back. Two-way stock and price sync prevents oversell, and competition/offer flags surface where you've lost the buy-position so you can react.
You get a connector matched to your SKUs and processes, plus a real human to fix it when eMAG changes its API. Honest scope, honest lead time, ongoing support.
A Shopify seller in Romania, Bulgaria or Hungary who already runs their store but is now listing on eMAG and needs catalog, stock and orders to stay in sync without manual re-keying.
Owns inventory accuracy across channels and is tired of oversells and stale prices. Wants webhook-driven two-way sync tied to a specific warehouse location and reliable order import.
A team launching a client or new-market store on eMAG who wants a connector matched to their exact category mappings and VAT/commission rules rather than a generic off-the-shelf app.

No. This is a build-to-order integration. ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures a private connector specifically for your Shopify store and your eMAG seller account. After purchase we scope your catalog, category mappings, locations and VAT/commission rules, then deliver and test a working system — not a self-serve download.
Typical delivery is around 2 to 3 weeks from the point we have access to your Shopify store and eMAG seller account and have agreed the catalog and category mappings. Larger or unusual catalogs, or extensive custom mapping rules, can extend that — we confirm a firm timeline during scoping before any build work starts.
Yes. eMAG Marketplace API access is granted to approved sellers by eMAG. You provide your active seller account and API credentials; we build the connector against them. We can advise on the setup, but the seller relationship and account approval stay with you.
Every build includes an agreed post-delivery support window for fixes and adjustments. Because eMAG periodically changes category structures, characteristics and API behaviour, we offer ongoing support arrangements to keep the connector working as both eMAG and Shopify evolve. Support terms are confirmed in writing at handover.
That's the core goal. Stock is driven by Shopify multi-location inventory and inventory_levels/update webhooks, so eMAG offers reflect the warehouse you nominate in near real time. Sync is idempotent with retries and error logging so transient API failures don't silently drop an update. As with any marketplace, eMAG's own processing windows mean sync is near real-time, not instantaneous.
Yes. We map each product to the correct eMAG category and its mandatory characteristics, store that mapping in Shopify metafields, and apply configurable VAT rates for RO/BG/HU. Commission is category-dependent on eMAG's side; we reflect it in your data so pricing decisions account for it, while eMAG remains the system of record for commission charged.
