B2B Wholesale Pricing & Portal is a Shopify app we build, install and maintain for your store so you can run wholesale alongside your DTC business without splitting onto a second platform or paying for Shopify Plus B2B features you don't need yet.

This is build-to-order, not an instant App Store install. After purchase, our team scopes your wholesale rules, builds the app against your theme and catalog, installs it via a custom OAuth app on your store, and hands it over working. There is an honest delivery lead time — typically 5–10 business days depending on catalog size and edge cases.

What we build for your store: - Customer-specific price lists keyed to customer tags and stored in Shopify metafields, so approved buyers see their negotiated prices at storefront and checkout. - Volume / quantity-break pricing (tiered breaks per product or collection) enforced at the cart with theme app extensions. - MOQ and order-limit controls that validate minimum quantities and maximum order limits before checkout. - A secure approved-buyer portal — login-gated wholesale catalog where only tagged, approved accounts can browse and order. - Auto-tagging and segmentation driven by Admin GraphQL API mutations and webhooks (customer/create, order/paid) so new applicants are routed, tagged and gated automatically.

We wire it into your real stack: multi-location inventory, customer accounts, and your existing theme. Because it's bespoke, we can honor pricing logic an off-the-shelf app forces you to abandon. You own the result; we support it. If Shopify's native B2B (Plus-only) later fits you better, the data model we use (tags + metafields) migrates cleanly.
