This is build-to-order, not an instant App Store install. After purchase, our team scopes your wholesale rules, builds the app against your theme and catalog, installs it via a custom OAuth app on your store, and hands it over working. There is an honest delivery lead time — typically 5–10 business days depending on catalog size and edge cases.

+Is this an instant download from the Shopify App Store?
No. This is build-to-order. After purchase, ECOSIRE scopes your wholesale rules, builds the app against your catalog and theme, and installs it on your store via a custom OAuth app. There is no public App Store listing or instant download — you get a bespoke install.
+How long does delivery take?
Typically 5–10 business days from when we have access to your store and your wholesale pricing rules. Larger catalogs, complex tier logic or net-terms flows can extend that. We confirm a firm timeline during scoping before any build starts.
+What ongoing support and updates do I get?
Handover includes 30 days of post-launch support and bug fixes. After that, we offer optional ongoing maintenance for Shopify API version upgrades, theme changes and new pricing rules. Because we build and host the app logic for you, you are not left maintaining unfamiliar code alone.
+Do I need Shopify Plus for this?
No. Shopify's native B2B (price lists, company accounts) is Plus-only. This app brings customer-specific pricing, quantity breaks, MOQ controls and an approved-buyer portal to non-Plus plans using customer tags, metafields and the Admin GraphQL API. If you later move to Plus, the tag-and-metafield data model migrates cleanly.
+How do approved buyers get access and the right prices?
Buyers apply through a wholesale form. On approval, the app uses Admin GraphQL mutations to tag the customer, which unlocks the gated portal and their assigned price list. Webhooks (customer and order events) keep segmentation automatic, so new buyers are routed and priced without manual re-keying.
+Can it enforce minimum order quantities and respect my real inventory?
Yes. MOQ and maximum order-limit rules are validated before checkout, and the app is multi-location-inventory aware so wholesale orders reflect actual stock by location rather than overselling.
