B2B Quote & Approval Workflow brings negotiated-price selling into Shopify the way wholesale actually works. Buyers request a quote from the storefront, you counter, and the accepted quote converts straight into a Shopify order — no spreadsheets, no email ping-pong.

This is a build-to-order app, not a one-click App Store install. ECOSIRE builds it against your store, your theme, and your B2B catalog, then installs and supports it. We use the Shopify Admin GraphQL API, draft orders, company and company-location B2B objects, customer metafields, and webhooks so quotes, approvals, and net-terms state live inside Shopify — not a disconnected third-party silo.

How long does it take to receive the app after I buy?

This is a build-to-order app, so it is not an instant download. After purchase we run a short scoping call to confirm your quote rules, approval steps, and net-terms, then build and install on your store. Typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks depending on how custom your B2B catalog and approval logic are. We confirm a firm timeline in writing before work starts.

Is this an App Store app I install myself?

No. ECOSIRE builds, installs, and configures it for you. We install the custom app on your store via Shopify OAuth with only the scopes it needs, integrate the storefront UI into your live theme, and wire up tagging, price lists, and net-terms. You do not assemble anything yourself.

What ongoing support and updates do I get?

Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and configuration help, and we update the app for relevant Shopify Admin API and webhook changes during that window. After it ends you can continue on a support plan, or request changes and new features as scoped add-on work.

Does it work with Shopify's native B2B (companies and price lists)?

Yes. It is built on Shopify's B2B primitives where they fit — company and company-location objects, customer-specific catalogs, and price lists — and fills the gaps Shopify does not cover natively, like storefront request-for-quote, line-item quote negotiation, and a true multi-step account approval workflow.

Can it enforce net-terms and credit limits at checkout?

Yes. On approval, accounts are tagged and their company-location is configured for the right payment terms (for example invoice / net-30). Credit limit and terms are stored in customer metafields and used to gate which payment methods appear, so only approved buyers see net-terms checkout.
