The Zapier / Make / n8n Connector is a build-to-order Shopify app that turns your store into a first-class node in whichever automation platform your ops team already lives in. Instead of fighting generic, lowest-common-denominator integrations, you get a connector tuned to your workflows: the exact Shopify webhook topics you care about, the Admin GraphQL API mutations you need, and the field mappings that match your downstream systems.
On the trigger side, it surfaces events for orders (created, paid, fulfilled, cancelled, refunded), customers, draft orders, products and variants, and multi-location inventory level changes — delivered via Shopify webhooks for real-time flow, with polling fallback for endpoints that need it. On the action side, it exposes create/update operations for products, variants, orders, customers, metafields, and inventory adjustments, all executed against the Admin GraphQL API with proper OAuth scopes and rate-limit-aware throttling.
Because real operations are rarely one-record-at-a-time, the connector ships with bulk and batch operations — so a single Zap, Make scenario or n8n workflow can reconcile hundreds of orders or push a full price update without tripping API limits. Field mapping and transformation helpers keep messy data (currencies, SKUs, tags, line-item structures) aligned with your CRM, ERP, 3PL or data warehouse.
ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports the connector for your store — we are not selling an instant App Store download. After purchase we scope your triggers, actions and the target platform, configure the app on your store, and hand you working automations you can extend yourself. The $99 price is a one-time build fee, not a recurring subscription.
Runs Shopify alongside a CRM, ERP, helpdesk and 3PL, and needs orders, customers and inventory to flow between them automatically instead of through manual CSV exports and copy-paste.
Already builds scenarios and workflows but is blocked by generic Shopify connectors that miss the triggers, metafields or bulk actions they need — wants a connector tuned to their exact events.
Needs paid, fulfilled and refunded events plus multi-location inventory changes pushed reliably into accounting and warehouse systems, in batches, without breaking when volume spikes.

This is a build-to-order app, not an instant App Store download. After purchase, ECOSIRE scopes your triggers, actions and target platform (Zapier, Make or n8n), then builds, installs and configures the connector on your store. Typical delivery is about 5 to 10 business days depending on how many triggers, actions and field mappings you need; we confirm a firm timeline once we've reviewed your requirements.
Yes. Every build includes a post-delivery support window for fixes and adjustments after go-live. Because the app talks to Shopify's Admin GraphQL API and webhooks, we keep it working as Shopify deprecates and version-bumps its API. Longer-term maintenance and new-automation work is available as an ongoing arrangement — we'll outline options at handover so you're never stranded on an unmaintained integration.
The connector targets whichever one you already use. Zapier is the simplest for non-technical teams; Make offers richer branching and visual scenarios at lower cost at scale; n8n is self-hostable and ideal if you want full data control or no per-task fees. Tell us your platform during scoping and we build the connection for it — if you're unsure, we'll recommend one based on your volume and technical comfort.
No. Bulk and batch operations are built against Shopify's GraphQL cost model with rate-limit-aware throttling and retry logic, so a single workflow can process hundreds of records without failing. For very large jobs we use Shopify's bulk operation patterns where appropriate rather than firing thousands of individual mutations.
Yes. The connector supports metafield read and write so your custom Shopify data flows in both directions, and it triggers on multi-location inventory level changes as well as adjusting inventory at specific locations. We map these to your downstream systems during the build so SKUs, locations and custom fields line up correctly.
