This is a build-to-order app — not an instant App Store download. After you purchase, ECOSIRE scopes your exact fulfillment system (ShipBob, ShipHero, Deposco, a NetSuite WMS, or a 3PL's proprietary API), builds the connector against it, installs it on your store, and supports it. We work against the Shopify Admin GraphQL API and register webhooks (orders/create, orders/paid, fulfillments/*) so events flow in real time instead of on a polling lag.
What it does, concretely: paid orders are pushed to your 3PL/WMS with a normalized payload and your SKU mapping applied; available inventory from each fulfillment center syncs back into Shopify's multi-location inventory so the storefront reflects real stock; when the 3PL ships, we write the fulfillment, tracking number, and carrier back to Shopify so the customer gets the native shipping-confirmation email; and multi-warehouse routing assigns each order to the right location by destination, stock availability, or your custom rules.
Authentication uses Shopify OAuth with least-privilege scopes; routing rules and credentials live in app metafields and a small admin config.
