QuickBooks Integration for Magento 2 is a build-to-order extension that ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports on your Magento 2 install — Adobe Commerce or Magento Open Source — to keep your storefront and QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop continuously in agreement.

This is not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download. After purchase, our engineers scope your chart of accounts, tax rules and payment methods, then deliver a real module under app/code/Ecosire/QuickBooks wired through Magento's standard architecture: observers on sales_order_save_after and sales_order_invoice_save_after, plugins/interceptors on inventory and customer save flows, service contracts for clean data mapping, and a cron group for scheduled batch sync. The QuickBooks Online connector uses the official OAuth 2.0 REST API; QuickBooks Desktop uses a Web Connector (QBWC) / qbXML bridge.

Is this an instant download from the Adobe Commerce Marketplace?

No. This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE builds the module for your specific QuickBooks account structure and Magento setup, then installs and configures it on your store. You get real source code and a named engineer, not a self-serve Marketplace package.

How long until it is live on my store? What is the delivery lead time?

After purchase we hold a short scoping call to confirm your QuickBooks edition, chart of accounts and tax rules. Typical delivery is roughly 1 to 3 weeks depending on complexity (multi-store, multi-currency, Desktop vs Online). We give you a firm timeline in writing before work starts and deliver on staging first.

What about ongoing support and updates after delivery?

Does it work with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop?

Both. QuickBooks Online connects via the official OAuth 2.0 REST API. QuickBooks Desktop connects via the QuickBooks Web Connector using qbXML. We confirm which edition you run during scoping and build the matching connector.

Will it create duplicate customers or double-post my invoices?

No. Sync is idempotent: customers are matched on email and orders/invoices are keyed to QuickBooks IDs so re-running a sync never duplicates records. Failed API calls are logged and can be safely re-pushed from the admin without creating duplicates.

Does it run on Adobe Commerce as well as Magento Open Source?

Yes. The module is built on standard Magento 2 architecture — observers, plugins, service contracts, ACL and cron — so it runs on both Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source. We test against your exact version and B2B/multi-website features where relevant.
