Order Export & Automation for Magento 2 is a build-to-order extension that turns your store's order data into clean, structured files and ships them automatically to wherever your ERP, 3PL or warehouse needs them. There is no instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download — ECOSIRE builds the module to match your exact field mapping, file format and destination, installs it under app/code/Ecosire/OrderExportAutomation (or via Composer) on your Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce instance, and supports it afterward.
The extension reads orders, invoices and shipments through Magento's service contracts (OrderRepositoryInterface, InvoiceRepositoryInterface, ShipmentRepositoryInterface) rather than raw SQL, so it stays upgrade-safe. Export profiles are configured in the admin (guarded by a dedicated ACL resource under System > Permissions) and define the entity, the column-to-attribute field mapping, the output template (CSV, XML or TXT with custom delimiters and headers), and the delivery destination.
Delivery runs over SFTP/FTP, email attachment, or an outbound HTTP/REST API call (bearer or basic auth). Profiles execute on Magento cron schedules you choose, or fire on events such as sales_order_save_after and sales_order_invoice_save_after via observers so a record leaves your store the moment it's created.
For multi-warehouse merchants, the module is MSI-aware: it can include source-level stock and source_code per line so your downstream system knows which inventory source fulfilled each order. Every run is logged with status, row counts and retry handling, and failed deliveries surface in the admin grid. Because it's bespoke, the schema matches your target system's spec on day one — no post-purchase wrestling with a generic export layout.

Is this an instant download from the Adobe Commerce Marketplace?
No. This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE builds the module to your exact field mapping, file format and destination, then installs and verifies it on your Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce instance. There is no self-service Marketplace download or license key.
How long does delivery take after I purchase?
Typical lead time is 5 to 10 business days from when we finalize your field-mapping spec and receive access to a staging environment. A straightforward single-format export to one destination lands toward the short end; complex multi-profile setups with several destinations or unusual target schemas take longer. We confirm a firm date in writing before starting the build.
What ongoing support and updates are included?
Every build includes a 30-day post-delivery support window covering bug fixes and compatibility adjustments. Beyond that, ECOSIRE offers optional retainer support for new export profiles, destination changes, and Magento minor/major-version upgrade compatibility. Because we own the source we ship you, you are never locked out of your own integration.
Does it support Multi-Source Inventory (MSI)?
Yes. The module is MSI-aware and can include source-level stock and a per-line source_code in the export so your ERP, 3PL or WMS knows which inventory source fulfilled each order. If you run single-source default inventory it works there too, without the MSI fields.
Will it survive Magento upgrades?
It reads data through Magento service contracts and the repository interfaces (OrderRepositoryInterface, InvoiceRepositoryInterface, ShipmentRepositoryInterface) and wires behavior via di.xml, observers and cron rather than core overrides or raw SQL. That keeps it upgrade-safe across Magento patch and minor releases. We test against your specific Magento version before delivery.
Can exports run automatically without manual clicks?
Yes. Each profile can run on a Magento cron schedule you define, or fire on events such as sales_order_save_after and sales_order_invoice_save_after via observers, so files leave your store the moment a record is created. You can also keep a manual run button in the admin for ad-hoc exports.
