This is not a one-click AppSource install. It is a build-to-order marketplace aggregator that ECOSIRE develops in AL, deploys as a per-tenant extension onto your Dynamics 365 Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem), and supports after go-live.
The extension gives your BC tenant a single control panel modeled on platforms like ChannelEngine: you maintain one canonical catalog in BC's Item table, and the extension maps and pushes it outward to 900+ marketplace and webstore channels through a connector/middleware layer. Channel listings, attribute mappings and category trees live in new tables and table extensions on Item and Sales Order, surfaced through page extensions so your merchandisers work where they already work.
Under the hood we wire event subscribers to the standard sales and inventory codeunits so stock and price changes propagate automatically, schedule sync via the Job Queue, and expose channel data over the BC REST/OData v4 API for Power BI and external automation. Automated repricing and stock-buffer rules keep you competitive without overselling. Order ingestion pulls marketplace orders into native BC Sales Orders, routed by warehouse/location, while returns, cancellations and settlement are reconciled back against the originating channel. A channel performance dashboard (BC pages + optional Dataverse/Power Platform feed) shows revenue, fees and fulfilment SLAs per marketplace.

How long does delivery take, and what does the build-to-order process look like?
Typical lead time is 4 to 8 weeks depending on how many channels you switch on and how complex your attribute/category mappings are. The flow is: scoping workshop to lock the channel list and rules, an AL build phase on a sandbox copy of your tenant, a UAT round where you test repricing/order ingestion against live-but-staged channels, then production install of the signed per-tenant extension. A simple two-or-three-channel rollout lands near the short end; a large catalog across many marketplaces sits toward the longer end. We give you a firm date after scoping, not before.
Is this an instant Microsoft AppSource download?
No. This is custom-built and installed by ECOSIRE as a per-tenant extension directly on your Business Central environment. There is no public AppSource listing to click-install. We develop it in AL, deploy the signed .app to your tenant (or on-prem deployment), configure your channels, and hand you the source. That is what lets us fit it to your exact marketplace set and rules rather than forcing you into a generic template.
What happens with ongoing support and Microsoft's monthly BC updates?
Because it ships with an upgrade codeunit and per-tenant packaging, the extension is built to survive Business Central's monthly service updates — but new BC versions and marketplace API changes still need maintenance. ECOSIRE offers ongoing support and enhancement plans that cover version-compatibility testing, connector/API updates when a marketplace changes its spec, adding new channels later, and bug fixes. You own the source either way, so you are never locked out of your own system.
Do marketplace orders become real Business Central documents?
Yes. Ingested orders are written as native BC Sales Orders (not a parallel shadow record), routed by warehouse/location and fulfilment policy, so your existing posting, picking, invoicing and inventory flows all work unchanged. Returns, cancellations and settlements are then reconciled back against the originating channel, including marketplace fee and payout matching.
Can we feed channel data into Power BI or the Power Platform?
Yes. Channel and order data is exposed over the Business Central REST/OData v4 API and can optionally sync to Dataverse, so you can build Power BI dashboards, trigger Power Automate alerts (for example, low stock or pricing-floor breaches), and route approvals. We deliver a ready endpoint pack plus the in-BC dashboard pages, so you are not starting from a blank query.
