The Coupang Connector for Business Central is a custom AL extension that bridges your Coupang (쿠팡) Wing seller account and your Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. It is not an instant AppSource download — ECOSIRE builds it to your tenant's setup, installs it as a per-tenant extension, and supports it on your environment.

Under the hood, the extension authenticates to Coupang's OpenAPI using your seller HMAC credentials, then runs scheduled pulls and pushes through the Business Central Job Queue. Incoming Coupang orders are mapped to BC Sales Orders (or Sales Invoices) with item, customer, currency (KRW), shipping and tax lines resolved against your no. series and posting groups. Outbound, the connector publishes and updates Coupang listings from BC Items, applying your KR category and attribute mapping so products land in the correct Coupang category tree.

Inventory and price changes flow continuously: BC availability and unit prices are pushed to Coupang on a configurable cadence, with throttling and retry to respect API rate limits. Rocket Fulfillment (로켓배송) shipments are reconciled against BC stock and settlement data, and Coupang returns and refunds (반품/환불) are translated into BC return orders and credit memos with a full audit trail.

The work is delivered as AL table/page extensions, codeunits and event subscribers — no changes to the Microsoft base app. You receive dedicated permission sets, setup pages, an integration log, and optional Dataverse / Power Platform surfacing for dashboards. Because it is per-tenant, the connector adapts to your dimensions, units of measure and posting logic rather than forcing a generic schema.
