The Cdiscount Connector for Business Central is a per-tenant AL extension that ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports on your Dynamics 365 Business Central environment so your team sells on France's Cdiscount marketplace without re-keying orders or maintaining a spreadsheet bridge.
This is build-to-order, not an instant AppSource download. After purchase, our AL engineers scope your Cdiscount seller account, item taxonomy and warehouse setup, then develop the extension, deploy it as a per-tenant extension to your sandbox for UAT, and promote it to production. You get a connector tuned to your chart of accounts, number series, locations and VAT posting — not a generic shell you have to configure alone.
Under the hood the extension talks to the Cdiscount Marketplace API (the Octopia/Mirakl-style seller gateway) from a Business Central Job Queue entry. New marketplace orders are pulled and created as Sales Orders mapped to a dedicated marketplace customer template; table and page extensions add Cdiscount offer, SKU-mapping and sync-status fields to the Item and Sales Header cards. Event subscribers on item, price and inventory changes push updated offers, prices and available quantities back to Cdiscount so listings stay accurate. Cdiscount Fulfilment (CDAV / fulfilled-by-Cdiscount) shipments are reconciled against BC inventory, and returns and refunds flow back as Sales Credit Memos.
Everything respects BC security: a dedicated permission set, encrypted credential storage in Isolated Storage, and full telemetry to Application Insights. Optional Power Platform / Dataverse surfacing is available if you want marketplace KPIs in Power BI. You own the source. ECOSIRE provides a fixed delivery window, UAT sign-off, and an ongoing support and update plan.

How long does delivery take, since this isn't an instant download?
This is a build-to-order extension. After a short scoping call to confirm your Cdiscount seller setup, item taxonomy, locations and VAT posting, typical delivery is around 3 to 5 weeks: development, deployment to your BC sandbox for UAT, your sign-off, then promotion to production. The exact window is fixed in writing before we start, and depends on catalog complexity and how many sync flows (orders, offers, fulfilment, returns) you switch on at launch.
What does ongoing support and updates include?
After go-live we offer a support and maintenance plan covering bug fixes, monitoring via Application Insights telemetry, and compatibility updates when Microsoft ships major Business Central releases or Cdiscount changes its Marketplace API. Because you own the AL source, you are never locked in — your own partner can also maintain it. Support tiers and response times are agreed before delivery; the one-time build price covers the initial build, deployment and handover, not perpetual updates.
Is this published on Microsoft AppSource?
No. It is delivered as a per-tenant extension installed directly on your Business Central environment, not an AppSource listing. This lets us tailor it to your number series, posting groups, locations and marketplace mapping rather than ship a one-size-fits-all app. The trade-off is the build lead time above instead of a click-to-install download.
Does it work with Cdiscount Fulfilment (CDAV) as well as my own shipping?
Yes. For self-fulfilled orders, BC posted shipment and invoice events update the Cdiscount order to shipped with carrier and tracking. For Cdiscount Fulfilment (CDAV / fulfilled-by-Cdiscount), the connector reconciles marketplace shipment data against your BC inventory so stock and order status stay consistent across both models.
How are Cdiscount API credentials kept secure?
Your Cdiscount Marketplace API key is stored in Business Central Isolated Storage, never in plain table fields or hard-coded in source. Access is gated by a dedicated permission set so only authorized roles can view or change the setup, and all sync activity is logged to Application Insights for auditability.
Can Cdiscount data feed Power BI or Dataverse?
Yes, as an option. We can surface marketplace orders and KPIs through Dataverse / the Power Platform so you can build Power BI dashboards on Cdiscount revenue, fulfilment and returns alongside the rest of your BC data. This is scoped as an add-on during the build.
