eBay Connector for Business Central is a build-to-order AL extension that links your eBay seller account to Dynamics 365 Business Central, so orders, inventory, pricing and shipping stay in sync without manual re-keying. It is not an instant AppSource download — ECOSIRE builds it against your data model, installs it as a per-tenant extension on your BC environment, and supports it after go-live.
The extension authenticates to the eBay Sell APIs (OAuth2) and uses a Business Central job queue entry to poll new and changed orders on a schedule you choose. Each eBay order is downloaded into a native BC Sales Order, with buyer details mapped to a Customer record (created or matched on email/eBay username). SKUs map to BC Items via a configurable mapping table, so the right item, unit price and tax post through your standard sales flow.
Listing and stock flow the other way too. Price and available quantity changes on a BC item publish back to the matching eBay listing through event subscribers on the relevant tables, keeping channels aligned and reducing oversell. When you post a shipment, tracking number and carrier write back to eBay to mark the order shipped and notify the buyer.
Technically it ships as table and page extensions (setup, mapping, sync log), a dedicated permission set, and an isolated HTTP integration layer with retry and structured error logging. We can extend it into Power Platform / Dataverse if you run virtual tables there.
You receive the source, a per-tenant install on sandbox then production, a configuration session, and a support window. Lead time is typically 2–4 weeks depending on SKU mapping complexity and how many eBay sites you sell on. Pricing is a one-time build fee; ongoing support and eBay API-version maintenance are quoted separately and agreed up front.

Is this an instant AppSource download?
No. This is a build-to-order solution. ECOSIRE develops the extension against your Business Central data model, installs it as a per-tenant extension on your sandbox first and then production, and configures your eBay connection and SKU mappings with you. You are not installing a generic, unconfigured app yourself.
How long does delivery take?
Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks from kickoff. The variables are how many SKUs need mapping, how many eBay sites or seller accounts you sell on, and any custom posting rules. We confirm a firm timeline after a short scoping call before any build fee is committed.
What about ongoing support and updates?
The one-time build fee covers development, per-tenant install and a defined post-go-live support window. After that, ongoing support and maintenance — including keeping pace with eBay Sell API version changes and Business Central platform updates — are quoted as a separate, agreed plan so there are no surprises.
Will eBay orders post correctly to my accounting?
Yes. Each eBay order becomes a native BC Sales Order using your existing customer, item, price and tax configuration, so it posts through your standard sales flow. Buyers map to Customer records and SKUs map to Items via a mapping table we set up with your real catalog, so revenue and COGS reconcile normally.
Can it handle inventory across other sales channels too?
The extension keeps Business Central and eBay stock in sync and reduces oversell by publishing quantity changes back to eBay. If you sell on additional channels, BC remains your source of truth; we can scope further connectors or Dataverse / Power Automate flows so all channels read from the same inventory.
