This is a build-to-order eBay connector for Dynamics 365 — not an instant AppSource download. After purchase, ECOSIRE engineers build, install and support the integration as a per-tenant AL extension on your own Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Business Central environment, configured to your eBay seller accounts, legal entities and warehouse topology.

The extension uses the eBay Sell APIs (Fulfillment, Inventory, Trading) on the inbound side and the OData V4 / Business Events surface of Dynamics on the outbound side. eBay orders are pulled and posted as native sales orders with correct customer, item, price and tax-group mapping; settlement and refund records reconcile against the order. Listings are published and re-priced from your item master, and on-hand availability is pushed back to eBay so you stop overselling across channels.

Everything runs on the platform's own scheduler — recurring job queue / batch entries poll eBay, write back tracking from posted shipments, and process returns and refunds. We ship table and page extensions for your eBay mapping and log tables, event subscribers on posting routines for shipment and credit-memo write-back, dedicated permission sets, and a setup page so your team owns configuration after handover. Where you run Power Platform, we can surface sync status and exceptions through Dataverse / virtual entities.

Because it is a tenant-scoped extension, your data never leaves your environment, upgrades are coordinated with your release cadence, and the code is documented and handed to you. Typical delivery is a few weeks depending on the number of legal entities, eBay sites and custom field mappings.
