We ship a curated layout package for the documents that matter most — sales invoices, quotes, order confirmations, posted shipments, statements and credit memos — built on the standard Custom Report Layout and Report Selections framework so they survive Microsoft's monthly updates.
The package includes table and page extensions for a Document Branding setup card, plus event subscribers on the report/document events that let you map logo, color palette, font theme and footer content per company and per Customer or Language Code. Marketers get a no-code editor experience driven by Business Central setup pages — change a logo or accent color and every applicable document re-themes. No republishing, no developer ticket.

+How is this delivered, and how long does it take?
This is build-to-order, not an instant AppSource download. After purchase we run a short scoping call to confirm your document set and branding assets, then build the extension. Typical delivery is about 1 to 2 weeks depending on how many documents and per-customer or per-language variants are in scope. We install on your sandbox first for sign-off, then deploy to production.
+Will this survive Business Central's monthly updates?
Yes. We build on the standard Custom Report Layout and Report Selections framework and use event subscribers rather than modifying base application objects.
