This is a build-to-order Dynamics 365 Business Central extension, not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE engineers it in AL against your CyberSource merchant account, installs it as a per-tenant extension on your BC environment (sandbox first, then production), and supports it after go-live.
The connector wires CyberSource's REST API into Business Central using table and page extensions on Customer, Customer Bank Account and the Payment Journal, plus a Payment Tokens table that stores CyberSource Token Management Service (TMS) instrument identifiers — never raw PANs — so your tenant stays out of PCI-DSS card-storage scope. Authorize, capture, sale, refund and void run directly from the cards and documents your AP/AR team already uses.
Event subscribers hook posting and payment-registration so authorizations can be tied to sales orders and captured on shipment. Every CyberSource call carries Decision Manager fraud scoring, with the decision, risk score and rules surfaced on the document and written to an audit log. Level 2/3 line-item data is assembled from BC sales lines to qualify enterprise/B2B transactions for lower interchange. Account Updater runs on a scheduled Job Queue entry to refresh expired or reissued card credentials in the token vault.
You get a dedicated permission set, a guided setup page for merchant ID, REST keys and environment (test/production), and Telemetry for failures. Where you run Power Platform, transaction and fraud events can be surfaced through the BC API for Dataverse reporting.
Scope, fields and document flows are tailored to your processes during a short discovery. ECOSIRE owns the AL source, the deployment and ongoing compatibility with BC's twice-yearly release waves.
Runs receivables in Business Central and needs Visa/CyberSource card processing, refunds and reconciliation handled inside BC documents rather than a separate gateway portal.
Owns the CyberSource merchant relationship and wants tokenization, Level 2/3 interchange optimization and Account Updater to cut declines and processing cost.
Requires Decision Manager fraud scoring on every transaction, an audit trail of decisions, and assurance that no raw card data is stored in the BC tenant.

This is built to order. After a short discovery to confirm your CyberSource account, BC version and document flows, typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks: build in AL, install as a per-tenant extension in your sandbox for UAT against the CyberSource test environment, then promote to production. Timeline depends on how much your authorize/capture and reconciliation flows are customized.
ECOSIRE owns the AL source and keeps the extension compatible with Business Central's twice-yearly release waves and with CyberSource REST API changes. Support covers bug fixes, environment re-deploys, permission and setup adjustments, and help with Decision Manager tuning or reconciliation. We agree on a support window and optional ongoing plan at delivery; we do not auto-publish silent changes to your production tenant.
No. Cards are tokenized through CyberSource Token Management Service. The extension stores only CyberSource instrument identifiers in the Payment Tokens table, so PANs never land in BC. This keeps your tenant out of card-storage PCI-DSS scope, though you remain responsible for your own merchant compliance.
Yes. The connector uses your own CyberSource merchant ID and REST keys, and your existing Decision Manager profile and rules apply. We configure the test environment first, validate scoring and decisions on sample transactions, then switch to production.
Yes. It is a per-tenant extension built with table extensions, page extensions and event subscribers against published BC interfaces — it does not modify the base app. We test and re-certify it against each major release wave as part of support, so an upgrade does not break payment processing.
