This is a build-to-order extension, not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE builds it in the AL language, deploys it to your environment as a per-tenant extension, and supports it on your tenant. We use table and page extensions to add a controlled-documents FactBox to the pages you nominate, event subscribers to enforce revision rules at posting and release, and a configurable storage backing that points at SharePoint / Microsoft 365 or stays inside Business Central's native Attachments, depending on your governance needs.
What you get is context: from a production order line, an operator opens the current released drawing revision; from a purchase receipt, a receiving clerk pulls the supplier CoA before put-away; from an item card, quality sees every SOP that governs that part. Revisions are tracked, superseded versions are flagged, and permission sets decide who can view, upload or approve controlled documents.
