How do you measure performance?
We use DAX Studio to analyze query execution times, Performance Analyzer in Power BI Desktop for visual rendering, and the Fabric capacity metrics app for tenant-level monitoring. All improvements are documented with before/after benchmarks including median and P95 query times.
Can optimization break existing reports?
No. We optimize the underlying model and DAX without changing report visuals or behavior. All changes are validated in a test workspace before promoting to production via deployment pipelines. Users see faster reports with the same familiar interface.
Is this a one-time service or ongoing?
We offer both. A one-time optimization engagement identifies and fixes current bottlenecks. For ongoing optimization, our managed services plans include monthly performance reviews and continuous tuning as your data grows and new reports are added.
