WooCommerce records the gross order total, but your bank receives the net payout — gross minus Stripe, PayPal, and WooPayments processing fees, minus refunds, minus currency-conversion spread, often days later and batched across many orders. That gap is exactly where reconciliation breaks: your books say one number, your bank statement says another, and nobody can prove which orders make up a given deposit.
Matches Stripe, PayPal, and WooPayments payouts to the exact WooCommerce orders that fund each settlement batch, including many-orders-to-one-deposit grouping
Captures gateway/processing fees per transaction as discrete, postable line items rather than burying them in the gross order total
Imports bank statements in CSV and OFX formats and matches each real deposit against the expected gateway settlement amount
Settlement/payout reconciliation report in wp-admin: gross, fees, refunds, FX adjustment, expected net, actual bank amount, and variance per payout
Currency-conversion fee handling for multi-currency stores — captures the spread between charge currency and payout currency instead of losing it
Pulls payout and balance-transaction data through gateway APIs and the WooCommerce REST API on a scheduled WP-Cron (or server-cron) reconciliation job
Bank Reconciliation & Payment-Fee Sync closes that gap. It pulls payout/settlement data from your active gateways via their APIs, breaks each batched payout down to the individual WooCommerce orders that fund it, and captures the processing fee per transaction as a discrete, postable line. It then imports your bank statement (CSV or OFX) and matches each real deposit to the corresponding gateway settlement, flagging anything that doesn't tie out.
This is not an instant marketplace download. ECOSIRE builds this plugin to order for your specific gateway mix, chart-of-accounts mapping, and reporting needs, then installs it on your WordPress site and supports it. We build against the WooCommerce REST API, native WordPress hooks/filters, and a scheduled reconciliation job on WP-Cron (or a real server cron for reliability). It is HPOS-aware — fully compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables) as well as legacy post-based orders.
You get a settlement reconciliation report in wp-admin showing, per payout: gross, fees, refunds, FX adjustment, expected net, actual bank amount, and variance. Multi-currency stores get conversion-fee handling so the spread between charge currency and payout currency is captured rather than silently lost. Built to your accounting workflow, WPML- and multisite-aware where required.
Owns month-end close and needs every bank deposit traced back to the specific WooCommerce orders and fees that produced it, with variances explained rather than written off.
Runs a high-volume store across Stripe, PayPal, or WooPayments and is tired of the gap between gross sales in WooCommerce and the smaller net amounts that actually land in the bank.
Reconciles the client's WooCommerce store against bank and ledger records and wants gateway fees posted cleanly and statements matched without manual spreadsheet archaeology each month.
Buy the license on ecosire.com and download the Bank Reconciliation & Payment-Fee Sync for WooCommerce module ZIP from your account dashboard.
Extract the ZIP into your Odoo custom addons folder on the server (or upload via Apps > Install from file on Odoo.sh / runbot).
Activate Developer Mode, open Apps, click Update Apps List, search for Bank Reconciliation & Payment-Fee Sync for WooCommerce, and press Install.
Open the new menu, paste your ECOSIRE license key, connect any external credentials (Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, etc.), and save.
Run the built-in connection test, sync your first 10 records, and schedule the recurring cron. Contact support if anything fails.

No. This is a build-to-order plugin. ECOSIRE builds it for your specific gateway mix and accounting setup, then installs and configures it on your WordPress site. You are not buying a self-serve marketplace download — you are buying a custom-built, installed, and supported solution.
Typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks from order, depending on how many gateways are in scope, your bank's statement export format, and your chart-of-accounts mapping. After a short scoping call we confirm a firm timeline. Build, installation on your site, and a walkthrough are all included before handover.
Each build includes a post-launch support window for fixes and adjustments. Because WooCommerce, WordPress core, and the gateway APIs evolve, we offer ongoing maintenance so the plugin stays compatible with new WooCommerce releases (including HPOS changes) and gateway API updates. Maintenance terms are agreed at handover — it is not abandonware.
Out of the box we target Stripe, PayPal, and WooPayments, since those expose payout and balance-transaction data via API. Bank matching works from CSV or OFX statement exports, which virtually every bank provides, so we are not dependent on a direct banking integration. Additional gateways can be scoped if they expose settlement data.
Yes. The plugin is built HPOS-aware so it works with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage custom order tables as well as legacy post-based orders. Multi-currency stores get currency-conversion fee handling so the FX spread between charge and payout currency is captured. WPML and WordPress multisite are supported where your environment requires them — tell us during scoping.
