No. This is a build-to-order solution. ECOSIRE registers a Custom App in your Shopify Admin and builds, configures and installs the UPI checkout layer for your specific store, theme and acquirer. There is no public App Store listing to click-install — we deliver and support it directly.

A standard build typically takes about 2 to 3 weeks from kickoff: scoping and acquirer confirmation, build and integration, a staging validation pass, then go-live. Timelines depend on your Shopify plan, whether Razorpay or Cashfree is already set up, and whether UPI Autopay/e-mandates are in scope. We confirm a firm date during scoping.

Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes, configuration tweaks and adapting to acquirer or Shopify API changes. After it ends you can continue on a support retainer. We do not silently push changes — updates are coordinated with you, validated on staging where relevant, and shipped with a rollback path.

Yes. This layer routes UPI and wallet payments through your own acquirer relationship with Razorpay or Cashfree, so you keep your settlement, KYC and pricing.
