Every build includes 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and field-mapping adjustments after handover. Beyond that, we offer optional maintenance retainers that cover Temu and Shopify API changes, new category mappings, and feature additions. You own the installed app either way, so you're never locked into a recurring fee just to keep selling.

We subscribe to Shopify's inventory_levels/update webhook and sync stock to Temu in near real time across your multi-location setup. When a Temu order arrives it's imported as a native Shopify order so it decrements the correct location, and the out-of-stock guard zeroes or pauses Temu listings when Shopify stock hits zero to prevent overselling.

Yes. You can push by collection, tag, or vendor instead of your whole catalog, and price sync supports Temu-specific markup, rounding, and currency rules. Custom attributes stored in Shopify metafields can be mapped into Temu's required fields during the build.
