No. This is a build-to-order integration. After purchase, ECOSIRE builds, configures and installs the connector specifically for your store, your branches and your Talabat account. There is no instant self-serve install, because item mapping, branch topology and partner-API access have to be set up for your specific data.

Typical delivery is around 2 to 4 weeks from purchase, depending on the number of branches, catalog size and how quickly Talabat partner-API access and credentials are available on your side. We confirm a firm timeline during the initial scoping call before any build work begins.

Each build includes a post-launch support window to fix issues and make adjustments after go-live. Beyond that window, ongoing support, monitoring, mapping changes and updates for Shopify API or Talabat platform changes are available under a separate support arrangement, which we scope based on your branch count and sync volume.

It is designed to. Each Shopify location maps to its own Talabat branch and inventory pool, and stock changes propagate via Shopify inventory webhooks. Accuracy still depends on Shopify being your single source of truth and on the platform's own API processing latency, which is outside our control, but per-branch mapping plus near-real-time sync removes the manual gaps that usually cause oversells.

Yes. Bilingual Arabic/English mapping is a core feature. We map your Shopify titles, descriptions and modifiers to the platform's corresponding language fields during the build so items display correctly to customers in both languages.

The connector is built around Talabat first, but the same architecture can extend to other GCC q-commerce platforms that expose a partner/integration API. Additional platforms are scoped per their API capabilities and confirmed during the planning phase rather than assumed.
