This is a build-to-order Shopify app, not an instant App Store download. After you purchase, ECOSIRE builds the integration to fit your exact marketplaces, regions, and message templates, then installs it on your store as a custom (unlisted) Shopify app and supports it from there. Typical delivery is a few weeks, scoped to your channels.

If you sell on Trendyol, Coupang, Mercado Libre, or eMAG as well as Shopify, your orders, inventory, and customer comms live in separate dashboards. This app makes Shopify the single operational hub. We connect each marketplace through its official seller/order API and mirror incoming orders into Shopify as draft or real orders via the Admin GraphQL API, tagging the source channel and storing marketplace order IDs, buyer details, and shipping data in order metafields. Your team fulfils, prints labels, and tracks everything from the Shopify admin they already know.

On top of that, the app sends automatic WhatsApp order-status updates (confirmed, packed, shipped, out-for-delivery, delivered) through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, with SMS fallback when a number isn't WhatsApp-reachable. Messages fire from Shopify webhooks (orders/create, fulfillments/create, fulfillments/update) using approved templates in the customer's language.

We also handle multi-location inventory sync so a sale on any channel decrements stock everywhere via the inventoryLevels API, and customer record consolidation so the same buyer across marketplaces maps to one Shopify customer profile.
