Selling across Mercado Libre, Falabella, Ripley, Paris and Linio means juggling five admin panels, five stock counters and five sets of order exports — while Shopify sits in the middle with no idea what's happening. Oversells, stale prices and missed orders are the predictable result.
Bidirectional sync between Shopify and LATAM marketplaces (Mercado Libre, Falabella, Ripley, Paris, Linio and others on request)
Centralized stock control via Shopify multi-location inventory — one stock change propagates to every connected marketplace
Price centralization: Shopify is the master price source, pushed outward with per-marketplace markup or rounding rules
Automatic order import from each marketplace into Shopify as native orders, with customer and line-item mapping
Per-country / per-site management so the same catalog lists correctly across Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and beyond
Logistics and fulfillment mapping — marketplace shipping methods and statuses mapped to Shopify fulfillment events
The LATAM Multichannel Connector for Shopify makes Shopify the single source of truth. It is a build-to-order app: ECOSIRE develops it against your exact marketplace mix, installs it as a custom (unlisted) Shopify app on your store via OAuth, and configures it to your catalog — it is not an instant App Store download.
Under the hood it uses the Shopify Admin GraphQL API and inventory/order webhooks to push price and stock changes outward and pull marketplace orders inward. Multi-location inventory lets you map each marketplace to the right Shopify location, and metafields store per-marketplace SKUs, listing IDs and category mappings so nothing is lost on round-trips.
Each marketplace integration is wired to that platform's own seller API (for example Mercado Libre's API with its OAuth token refresh), so listing status, fulfillment events and order states flow correctly per country. Multi-currency handling keeps CLP, COP, MXN, PEN and USD aligned with your Shopify Markets setup.
Because every merchant's marketplace footprint, SKU scheme and fulfillment model differs, this is delivered as a scoped engagement with a clear lead time, then supported and updated by ECOSIRE as marketplace APIs evolve. You own a connector that fits your operation — not a generic plugin you bend to fit.
A Shopify merchant already live on Mercado Libre plus one or two of Falabella, Ripley or Paris, losing hours to manual stock updates and fearing oversells across channels.
A brand running per-country marketplace presences (Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru) that needs one Shopify catalog to feed all of them with correct currency and listing data.
An ops or fulfillment manager who currently downloads CSV order files from each marketplace and re-keys them, and wants every marketplace order to land natively in Shopify.
Buy the license on ecosire.com and download the LATAM Multichannel Connector for Shopify module ZIP from your account dashboard.
Extract the ZIP into your Odoo custom addons folder on the server (or upload via Apps > Install from file on Odoo.sh / runbot).
Activate Developer Mode, open Apps, click Update Apps List, search for LATAM Multichannel Connector for Shopify, and press Install.
Open the new menu, paste your ECOSIRE license key, connect any external credentials (Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, etc.), and save.
Run the built-in connection test, sync your first 10 records, and schedule the recurring cron. Contact support if anything fails.

No. This is a build-to-order connector. ECOSIRE develops it against your specific marketplace mix and catalog, then installs it on your store as a private custom app via OAuth. There is no instant App Store download — that's deliberate, because each merchant's SKU scheme, locations and fulfillment differ.
Lead time depends on how many marketplaces you connect and the state of your catalog data. A typical engagement covering Mercado Libre plus two to three additional marketplaces runs a few weeks from kickoff to go-live. After you purchase, ECOSIRE confirms scope and gives you a firm timeline before development starts.
Mercado Libre, Falabella, Ripley, Paris and Linio are the core set. Each integration is wired to that platform's own seller API. If you sell on another regional marketplace, tell us during scoping — additional connectors can be added where the marketplace exposes a usable seller API.
ECOSIRE supports the connector and ships updates as marketplace APIs evolve — marketplaces change their seller APIs, listing fields and OAuth flows over time, and the connector is maintained to keep working. Your engagement includes a defined post-launch support and update window; extended support can be arranged.
Shopify becomes the single source of truth for stock using multi-location inventory. When an order arrives from any marketplace, it imports into Shopify and the inventory change propagates back out to every connected channel through the Admin GraphQL API and webhooks, so available quantity stays consistent across marketplaces.
Yes. You keep your own active seller accounts and API credentials on Mercado Libre, Falabella, Ripley, Paris, Linio and any other marketplace you sell on. The connector authenticates to each one using your credentials via OAuth and manages the token refresh; ECOSIRE does not resell or replace your marketplace accounts.
