Subscription Analytics computes the metrics subscription businesses live by — MRR with new/expansion/contraction/churn movements, cohort retention, customer lifetime value, and net revenue retention — from your existing subscription data. For SaaS companies, membership businesses, and anyone running recurring revenue on Odoo who currently rebuilds MRR waterfalls in spreadsheets each board meeting. Planned features include MRR movement waterfalls with drill-down to the customers behind each movement, churn and retention cohort grids, LTV and payback estimates by acquisition channel, expansion and downgrade tracking, plan-mix analysis, configurable fiscal calendars, and scheduled board-pack exports. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline. It will ship for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 simultaneously — the same triple-version coverage as every live ECOSIRE app. One-time license, free updates within your major version. Download from ECOSIRE
Buy the license on ecosire.com and download the Subscription Analytics (MRR & Churn) module ZIP from your account dashboard.
Upload to Odoo
Extract the ZIP into your Odoo custom addons folder on the server (or upload via Apps > Install from file on Odoo.sh / runbot).
Install the module
Activate Developer Mode, open Apps, click Update Apps List, search for Subscription Analytics (MRR & Churn), and press Install.
Configure settings
Open the new menu, paste your ECOSIRE license key, connect any external credentials (Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, etc.), and save.
Verify & go live
Run the built-in connection test, sync your first 10 records, and schedule the recurring cron. Contact support if anything fails.
