Salon & Spa Management combines appointment booking with retail POS: services scheduled by staff member and station, product sales, stylist commission tracking, and client treatment history. For salons, spas, and barbershop chains — a high-frequency appointment vertical underserved by ERP-native tools, especially multi-branch operators. Planned features include calendar booking by staff and resource with online self-booking, service menus with durations and buffer times, walk-in queue handling, retail product sales on the same ticket, commission schemes per stylist and service, membership and session packages, no-show and deposit policies, client preference notes, and branch comparison reporting. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline.
