ECOSIRE builds a productized LMS on top of base, mail, website and website_slides so you keep Odoo's proven course-website engine and add the education layer on top of it. On the data side we extend the course and channel models with new models.Model records for course modules, drip/release rules, question banks, assignment rubrics and certificate issuance — with @api.depends compute fields driving per-course progress percentage and completion state, and ir.model.access.csv plus record rules so instructors see only their own cohorts while learners see only their own submissions and grades. Enrollment can be tied to a student batch (cohort) or opened for self-enrollment on the website; drip rules gate each lesson until its prerequisite is met, so a course unfolds in the order you designed rather than all at once.

On the delivery side, learners work through video, PDF, slide, article and SCORM-lite content, sit quizzes that auto-grade against the question bank, and submit assignments that instructors mark against a rubric with inline feedback. Completion rules (all lessons done, minimum quiz score, assignment passed) trigger a certificate rendered through a QWeb report as a branded PDF, each carrying a unique public verification code so an employer or registrar can confirm authenticity on a controlled public route. Gamification — points, badges and leaderboards — is wired to learning events, per-course discussion forums host Q&A, and live-class sessions carry link fields for your video platform (for example a meeting URL you paste per session). An instructor dashboard aggregates enrollments, completion and quiz analytics, and Odoo automated actions handle reminders and nudges. Grades sync to the gradebook via the ORM, and everything remains reachable through Odoo's XML-RPC/JSON-RPC API for your student information system. The module targets Odoo 17.0, 18.0 and 19.0 and runs on Community; features that lean on Enterprise-only capability are flagged during scoping so you know exactly what your edition supports.

Because this is build-to-order, nothing ships until we agree on scope. After a short scoping call we confirm your content types, cohort model, grading rules and certificate design, then build, test on a staging instance, run UAT with you, and deploy with a rollback plan — typically 2–4 weeks from confirmed scope. Pricing starts from $499 (indicative, single-company base scope); deeper SIS/gradebook integration, additional content formats or SCORM depth, multi-company or multi-brand campuses, and student-data migration volume increase the quoted scope.
