Native Magento reporting is thin: a handful of flat-table reports, a dashboard that depends on the unreliable report_event / dashboard tables, and almost nothing for slow-movers, cohort behavior, or conversion. Advanced Reports & Sales Dashboard is a build-to-order extension that ECOSIRE develops, installs, and supports directly on your Magento install to close that gap.
20+ prebuilt report types across sales, products, customers, and taxes, each rendered with Magento UI components and exportable to CSV/XML
Real-time KPI dashboard with drag-and-reorder widgets (revenue, orders, AOV, conversion, refunds) saved per admin user
Date-range, store-view, and customer-segment filters wired into every report and dashboard widget
Best-seller and slow-mover analysis ranking SKUs by units, revenue, and margin over any period
Abandoned-cart and checkout funnel / conversion reports built on quote and order data, not the unreliable report_event table
Cron-refreshed flat aggregation tables so dashboards stay fast on large catalogs and high order volumes
It ships as a proper module under app/code/Ecosire/AdvancedReports, wired through di.xml and registered in module.xml — no core hacks. Report data is read from sales, catalog, and customer tables (and, where appropriate, from a dedicated flat/aggregation table refreshed by a cron job) so large catalogs and high order volumes don't hammer your primary tables on every dashboard load. The admin dashboard is built on Magento's UI components and admin grid framework, with widgets you can rearrange, save, and scope per admin user.
Everything respects Magento's security model: each report is gated behind a custom ACL resource in acl.xml, so you control exactly which roles see revenue, margin, or customer PII. The module exposes its aggregates over service contracts plus REST and GraphQL endpoints, so the same numbers can feed an external dashboard, a mobile app, or a scheduled email digest.
Because this is build-to-order, we scope your exact report set first — which KPIs, which store views, which segments, which tax treatment — then build, install on staging, validate against your real data, and deploy to production. It runs on both Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce (we use B2B/shared-catalog–aware queries when you're on Commerce). You get the full source, a README, and a defined support window. No marketplace black box, no instant download — a real extension built for your store and backed by engineers who know it line by line.
Wants a single dashboard answering 'how are we doing today?' — revenue, orders, best-sellers, refunds — without exporting to spreadsheets or paying for an external BI seat.
Needs sliceable reports by store view, segment, and date range, plus REST/GraphQL access to pull the same aggregates into their own tooling without writing raw SQL against production.
Tracks tax, shipping, discount, and refund breakdowns reconciled to invoiced totals, and relies on per-report ACL so sensitive revenue and customer data stays role-restricted.
Buy the license on ecosire.com and download the Advanced Reports & Sales Dashboard module ZIP from your account dashboard.
Extract the ZIP into your Odoo custom addons folder on the server (or upload via Apps > Install from file on Odoo.sh / runbot).
Activate Developer Mode, open Apps, click Update Apps List, search for Advanced Reports & Sales Dashboard, and press Install.
Open the new menu, paste your ECOSIRE license key, connect any external credentials (Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, etc.), and save.
Run the built-in connection test, sync your first 10 records, and schedule the recurring cron. Contact support if anything fails.

This is build-to-order, not an instant download. A typical engagement is about 2 to 4 weeks: a short scoping call to lock the report set, KPIs, store views, and tax treatment, then development, a staging install validated against your real data, and a coordinated production deploy. The exact lead time depends on how many custom reports and integrations you need, and we confirm it in writing before you pay.
Every build includes a defined post-launch support and bug-fix window. Because we ship the full source as a clean module under app/code, the extension survives Magento minor upgrades; when you move across major versions (for example a 2.4.x platform upgrade) we offer a paid compatibility check and patch. Optional ongoing support and feature retainers are available, and you always own the code regardless.
Yes. The module is built for the shared core, and on Adobe Commerce we make the queries B2B / shared-catalog aware and respect Commerce-only constructs where relevant. Tell us your edition and version during scoping and we target it precisely.
No core files are touched. The module uses di.xml, plugins/interceptors, and observers on standard events, with declarative db_schema for its own tables. We review your installed third-party extensions during scoping to avoid plugin and preference collisions, and validate on staging before production.
Yes. The same aggregates are exposed through PHP service contracts plus REST and GraphQL endpoints, all behind admin ACL and token/OAuth auth. That lets you push KPIs into Power BI, Looker, a mobile app, or a scheduled email digest without querying production tables directly.
