اس مصنوع کے بارے میں
Amazon Store Management connects Amazon with ERPNext, giving merchants and operations teams two-way synchronization of products, inventory, orders, and pricing from inside their ERP. Built for ERPNext v15 and v16, it installs as a standard Frappe app and ships with a one-time license — no recurring platform fees.
Enterprise Amazon connector for ERPNext - products, orders, customers, inventory with honest sync reporting
Enterprise Amazon connector for ERPNext by ECOSIRE — products, orders, customers, inventory with honest sync reporting.
Status
Implemented and grounded on platform-api-intelligence/platforms/amazon/contract.json (SP-API, verified 2026-04-17). NO fabricated endpoints.
Authentication
Login with Amazon (LWA). The stored refresh token + LWA client id/secret are exchanged at https://api.amazon.com/auth/o2/token (grant_type=refresh_token) for a short-lived access token, sent on every call as x-amz-access-token.
The contract declares auth.type = "oauth2_lwa_sigv4". Modern SP-API authorizes most calls with the LWA token alone; AWS SigV4 request signing is intentionally NOT shipped as a fabricated signer — it is a clearly-marked extension point (AmazonClient._maybe_sign, SIGV4_TODO) to be implemented if a seller account returns a signature error.
Endpoints used (all present in the contract)
| Op | Method + path | Category | |----|---------------|----------| | Connection test | GET /sellers/v1/marketplaceParticipations | seller_performance | | Products / inventory read | GET /fba/inventory/v1/summaries (nextToken) | inventory_stock | | Orders | GET /orders/v0/orders (CreatedAfter, MarketplaceIds, NextToken) | orders | | Order lines | GET /orders/v0/orders/{orderId}/orderItems (NextToken) | orders | | Inventory write | PATCH /listings/2021-08-01/items/{sellerId}/{sku} (fulfillment_availability) | products_catalog |
Limitations (honest, by design)
- Pricing: FBA inventory summaries carry no price; SP-API price is behind the rate-limited Pricing API (out of pilot scope). Items are created with standard_rate = 0 and a documented note — never an invented price. - Buyer PII: name/email/address (.../buyerInfo, .../address) are RDT-restricted and createRestrictedDataToken is not in scope. Customers are derived from the non-PII order (BuyerInfo.BuyerEmail when permitted, else a per-order guest keyed on AmazonOrderId). - FBA inventory is read-only — quantity writes go through the Listings Items PATCH path (FBM / fulfillment_availability), which requires seller_id. - Orders with a foreign currency, an unmapped SellerSKU, or a line missing a SellerSKU are skipped with a reason (honest envelope), never partial.
Requirements
- ERPNext v15 or v16 (Frappe Framework)
- ECOSIRE Connect (
ecosire_connect) — included foundation app - ECOSIRE License Client (
ecosire_license_client) — included foundation app
Frequently Asked Questions about Amazon
What ERPNext versions does Amazon Store Management (ERPNext) support?
Amazon Store Management (ERPNext) is available for ERPNext v15 and v16 sites running on Frappe bench (self-hosted or Frappe Cloud). The compatibility badge on this page shows the exact versions currently shipped.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes, on our hosted demo. Every app has a live demo site with sample data that your team can explore at its own pace; ask us for the link and login. We do not ship trial installs: the package is delivered after purchase, and we then install and configure it on your own site at no charge.
What is included in the license?
A perpetual license for one ERPNext site, the full source code, 12 months of email support, and 12 months of free updates for the ERPNext version you purchased.
How long does installation take?
Most ECOSIRE apps install in under 30 minutes on a clean ERPNext site via bench. Integrations with marketplace APIs (Amazon, Shopify, eBay) typically require a 1-hour setup call to configure credentials and webhooks.
What happens after the first 12 months?
Your license remains active forever on the ERPNext version you purchased. Optional renewal of support + updates is 50% of the original price per year — or buy a new license when you upgrade to a newer ERPNext version.
Do you offer implementation help?
Yes. Our team can install, configure, migrate data, train your staff, and run the first two weeks of go-live support. See our implementation services for packages and pricing.
