Does this affect Odoo performance?
The snapshot system adds less than 5ms per tracked operation. Snapshots use delta compression to minimize storage, and old snapshots are automatically pruned based on your retention policy.
Which Odoo operations can be undone?
Currently supported: invoice creation/validation, stock picking confirmation, purchase order confirmation, and sales order confirmation. More operations are being added in each release.
