This is a build-to-order plugin, not an instant download. After purchase we run a short discovery call to capture your room types, rate plans, tax rules and OTA accounts. A typical build, staging install and configuration runs about 2 to 4 weeks depending on how complex your rate logic and channel integrations are. We install on a staging copy of your WordPress site first, validate it against your live WooCommerce data, then promote it to production with you. You'll get a clear timeline in writing before we start.

Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes, configuration help and compatibility patches against WooCommerce and WordPress core updates. Because you receive the full source code, you're never locked in — your own developers can maintain or extend it. Beyond the included window we offer optional ongoing maintenance retainers covering version-compatibility testing (including HPOS changes), new rate-plan logic, and additional OTA channels as your property grows.

It sits on top of your existing WooCommerce store. Rooms are modeled as WooCommerce products, reservations are WooCommerce orders (HPOS-aware), and payments still flow through your current WooCommerce payment gateways. The PMS adds the hotel-specific layer — rate plans, restrictions, the front-desk board, folios, housekeeping and channel sync — without ripping out what already works or your existing checkout.

Yes — the channel manager pushes availability and rates and ingests reservations through scheduled WP-Cron jobs and webhook endpoints. We're honest about scope here: the depth of two-way sync depends on each OTA's partner/connectivity program and the credentials you can provide. During scoping we confirm exactly which channels and which sync directions are in-scope for your build versus a follow-on phase, so there are no surprises.

We build it HPOS-aware (WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage / custom order tables) and expose documented hooks, actions and filters so it coexists with your theme and other plugins. Before development we run a compatibility check against your live WooCommerce version, theme and active plugins. If a conflict exists, we flag it during scoping rather than after install. It's also WPML-ready and multisite-friendly for multi-property setups.

You own it. We deliver the full plugin source to your repository or hosting as part of the build. There's no per-room or per-booking SaaS fee baked into the product — the price is a one-time build cost. You can self-host, self-maintain, or keep us on a support retainer; the choice stays with you.
