The Coupang Marketplace Connector for WooCommerce is a build-to-order plugin that ECOSIRE develops, installs and supports directly on your WordPress site. It is not an instant download from WooCommerce.com or WordPress.org — after purchase, our engineers build the connector against your specific Coupang Wing / OpenAPI seller credentials, catalog structure and shipping setup, then deploy it to your environment.
Once live, the plugin bridges your WooCommerce catalog and a Coupang Korea seller account using the Coupang OpenAPI (HMAC-signed requests) on one side and the WooCommerce REST API plus native WordPress hooks/actions/filters on the other. New and updated products are published from WooCommerce to Coupang with category and attribute mapping tailored to Coupang's display-category taxonomy and notice/attribute requirements. Inventory and price changes propagate automatically so you never oversell across channels.
On the order side, Coupang orders are imported as native WooCommerce orders — fully compatible with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage / custom order tables) — with customer, line-item and shipping data preserved. Order status and shipment/tracking updates sync both ways, so marking an order fulfilled in WooCommerce pushes the invoice/tracking number back to Coupang.
Sync runs on the WP-Cron scheduler (or a real system cron for high-volume stores), is configurable from a dedicated wp-admin settings screen, and writes a per-job log for auditing. The build accounts for WPML / multilingual catalogs and WordPress multisite where required. Because every Coupang account differs in category rules, KRW pricing and fulfillment model, this is delivered as a scoped, tested engagement rather than a one-size-fits-all download — and ECOSIRE remains on call for fixes and Coupang API changes after go-live.

How long does delivery take, since this is built to order?
This is a build-to-order engagement, not an instant download. After purchase we collect your Coupang OpenAPI credentials (access key, secret key, vendor ID), review your WooCommerce catalog and shipping setup, then build and test the connector. A standard scope typically takes about one working week depending on catalog size, category-mapping complexity and any WPML/multisite requirements. We confirm a firm timeline before work begins and test in staging before production go-live.
What ongoing support and updates are included?
The price includes a post-launch support window covering bug fixes and compatibility updates when Coupang changes its OpenAPI or when WooCommerce/WordPress core updates affect the integration (including HPOS and REST API changes). After the included window, ongoing maintenance is available as an optional retainer. Because ECOSIRE builds and hosts the code with you, fixes go straight to your site rather than waiting on a third-party plugin author.
Do I need a Coupang seller account and API access?
Yes. You must have an active Coupang seller (Wing) account with OpenAPI access enabled, including your access key, secret key and vendor ID. We use those credentials to sign requests to Coupang. We can guide you on where to find them in Wing, but we cannot create the seller account or grant API access on your behalf.
Will Coupang orders work with HPOS and my existing fulfillment workflow?
Yes. Imported Coupang orders are created as native WooCommerce orders and are fully compatible with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage / custom order tables), so your existing order management, pick/pack/ship and tracking processes apply unchanged. Marking an order shipped in WooCommerce pushes the tracking number back to Coupang.
How does the sync actually run, and can I control it?
Sync jobs run on the WP-Cron scheduler by default, or on a real system cron for high-volume stores where WP-Cron is unreliable. You control sync intervals, which entities sync (products, stock, prices, orders), and mapping rules from a dedicated wp-admin settings screen. A dry-run mode and per-job logs let you validate changes before they go live on Coupang.
Can you handle multilingual or multisite stores?
Yes, within scope.
