The UAE is moving to mandatory structured e-invoicing built on the PINT AE specification (the UAE's localized Peppol BIS Billing profile), exchanged over the Peppol network through accredited Access Points. Plain PDF or print invoices won't satisfy the mandate — tax authorities require a machine-readable UBL XML document that validates against PINT AE business rules and carries your 5% VAT breakdown and TRN fields correctly.
This is a build-to-order WooCommerce plugin. ECOSIRE builds, installs, configures and supports it directly on your WordPress/WooCommerce site — it is not an instant WooCommerce.com or WordPress.org download. No. This is a build-to-order product. ECOSIRE builds the plugin against your specific WooCommerce tax setup, theme and order flow, then installs, configures and tests it on your WordPress site. There is no marketplace download link — the $499 covers the custom build, installation and go-live.
How long until it is live on my store? (delivery / lead time)
Typical delivery is around 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff, depending on the complexity of your tax configuration, which Peppol Access Point you use, and Access Point onboarding timelines on their side. We scope your store first, build and validate on staging, run UAT with you, then deploy to production. We give you a firm date once we have reviewed your setup.
Do I need a Peppol Access Point, and does ECOSIRE provide one?
Yes — sending over the Peppol network requires an accredited Access Point, which is a separate service provider. ECOSIRE is the plugin builder, not the Access Point. We help you select an accredited UAE Access Point, then wire the plugin to its API and credentials and validate end-to-end in the test environment before go-live.
What ongoing support and updates are included?
Your purchase includes a post-launch support and update window covering bug fixes and adjustments for changes to the PINT AE specification, Peppol BIS profile or your Access Point's API during that period. After it ends, we offer renewable support and maintenance plans so your e-invoicing keeps validating as the UAE rules evolve. Support is provided directly by ECOSIRE.
Will it work with HPOS and my existing plugins?
Yes. The plugin is built to be compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables) and also runs on legacy post-meta order storage. We test it alongside your existing tax, PDF-invoice and WPML/multisite setup during the build, and resolve conflicts as part of the engagement rather than handing you a generic package.
