Tabby & Tamara BNPL for WooCommerce brings the two most-used GCC Buy-Now-Pay-Later providers into your WooCommerce checkout as first-class WC_Payment_Gateway options, so shoppers in the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain and beyond can split their purchase into installments without leaving your store.
This is not an instant download. ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures the plugin directly on your WordPress site, wires it to your own Tabby and Tamara merchant accounts (public/secret API keys, merchant codes and webhook secrets stored via wp-admin settings, never hardcoded), and verifies the full flow end to end before handover.
What it does on your site: - Registers Tabby and Tamara as separate gateways via the woocommerce_payment_gateways filter, each with its own settings tab, sandbox/live toggle and order-button text. - Renders BNPL messaging widgets on the single product page and cart using the woocommerce_single_product_summary and cart hooks, showing the per-installment amount and provider promo snippet. - Runs eligibility and limit checks server-side before showing a provider — order total against each provider's min/max thresholds, supported currency (AED/SAR/etc.) and allowed billing country — so customers never hit a rejection at the gateway. - Handles the redirect/checkout session creation, then auto-captures the order on the provider's approval webhook, moving the WooCommerce order from pending/on-hold to processing with a signed-payload verification. - Supports full and partial refunds plus partial capture straight from the WooCommerce order screen, calling each provider's refund API and writing the result back as order notes.

How long until the plugin is live on my site, and is this an instant download?
It is not an instant download. ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures the plugin on your WordPress site after purchase. Typical delivery is about 5 to 7 business days from when you provide WordPress admin access and your Tabby and Tamara merchant credentials. We confirm a firm date with you at kickoff; complex themes, block checkout, or multisite/WPML setups may add a little time.
What do I need to provide before you can start?
Admin access to your WordPress/WooCommerce site (staging if you have one), and your own active Tabby and Tamara merchant accounts with their API keys, merchant codes and webhook secrets. Both providers approve and onboard merchants directly; ECOSIRE builds the integration to your accounts but does not issue the BNPL accounts themselves.
Will it work with HPOS, block checkout, and my theme?
Yes. The plugin is built HPOS-compatible (declared via FeaturesUtil) and we test it against your actual checkout, whether classic shortcode or the WooCommerce checkout block, and your active theme. If your theme overrides checkout templates we verify the gateways and messaging widgets render correctly there before handover.
What ongoing support and updates do I get?
Every build includes two weeks of go-live support for bug fixes and configuration adjustments within the delivered scope. After that, ECOSIRE offers optional maintenance retainers covering WooCommerce/WordPress core-update compatibility, Tabby/Tamara API changes, and new features. Because the source lives on your server, your own developers can also maintain it; we hand over a doc to make that straightforward.
Can shoppers see installment messaging before checkout, and can I refund a BNPL order?
Yes to both. We render BNPL messaging widgets on the single product page and in the cart so the per-installment amount shows early. Refunds (full or partial) and partial capture are handled from the standard WooCommerce order edit screen — the plugin calls the relevant provider's refund API and records the outcome as an order note for reconciliation.
Can you set both providers up for multiple stores or in multiple currencies?
Yes. The gateways support per-site API keys, so multisite or multi-store GCC operators can run Tabby and Tamara across sites with WPML handling if needed. Eligibility checks respect each provider's supported currencies (such as AED and SAR) and limits, hiding a provider when an order's currency, country or total can't qualify.
