No. This is a build-to-order service. ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures the plugin directly on your WordPress site, connects your Printful, Printify and/or Gelato API keys, and tests it end to end. You receive a working, supported fulfillment system on your store rather than an unconfigured ZIP from a marketplace.

Typical lead time is about 2 to 4 weeks from the time we receive your WordPress admin access and POD provider API keys. The exact timeline depends on how many providers you connect, how large the catalog import is, and any custom routing or markup rules you need. We confirm a firm schedule before starting and keep you updated through build, testing and go-live.

Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Because WooCommerce, WordPress core and the POD provider APIs all change over time, we also offer an optional ongoing maintenance plan that covers compatibility updates (including WooCommerce HPOS changes), provider API updates, and priority support. Without a maintenance plan the plugin keeps running, but breaking changes from a provider or a WooCommerce major release would be billed as a separate fix.

Printful, Printify and Gelato out of the box, using each provider's official fulfillment and catalog APIs. We configure order routing per SKU and can set up multi-provider failover so an item reroutes to a backup provider if the primary can't fulfill it. Adding a further provider is possible as a custom extension.

Yes. The plugin uses standard WooCommerce products, variations, shipping methods and order hooks, and it declares HPOS (custom order tables) compatibility, so it works with the modern high-performance order storage as well as legacy orders. It is WPML and multisite aware and exposes action and filter hooks, so it integrates with your theme, page builder and other extensions rather than replacing them. We test against your specific setup during the build.
