ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures a PDF Invoices, Packing Slips & Credit Notes plugin directly on your WordPress site, tuned to your branding, tax rules and fulfilment workflow.

Once live, every order automatically gets a branded PDF invoice attached to the WooCommerce order email (Processing, Completed, or a status you choose). Warehouse staff print packing slips and delivery notes straight from the Orders screen or in bulk; refunds generate sequential credit notes linked back to the original invoice. Documents carry per-year-reset sequential numbering with custom prefixes, your logo, company address, footer terms, and VAT/GST/registration fields — plus proforma and receipt variants where you need them.

Can the invoices be multilingual and match my exact branding?

Yes. We design the PDF templates in HTML/CSS to your logo, colours, fonts, address block and footer terms — not a fixed generic layout. For multilingual stores we wire output to WPML or Polylang so each customer receives their invoice in their own language, with translated labels and the correct locale formatting for dates and currency.
