The NetSuite ERP Connector for WooCommerce keeps your storefront and your Oracle NetSuite ERP in lock-step without manual CSV exports or brittle middleware. When a customer checks out, the order, line items, customer record and payment totals flow into NetSuite as a Sales Order or Cash Sale; when NetSuite fulfills, the Item Fulfillment and shipment/tracking status flows back to WooCommerce and the order transitions automatically.
This is a build-to-order plugin, not an instant marketplace download. ECOSIRE builds it against your NetSuite account, your SuiteTalk REST/SOAP and SuiteScript configuration, your subsidiaries and your WooCommerce setup — then installs and supports it on your WordPress site. We map your specific NetSuite internal IDs, custom fields, saved searches and item types so the integration reflects how your business actually runs.
Under the hood it uses the WooCommerce REST API and native WordPress hooks (woocommerce_order_status_changed, woocommerce_new_order, item save actions) plus a managed WP-Cron queue so high-volume syncs never block checkout. It is HPOS-aware (the custom order tables in modern WooCommerce) and stores NetSuite internal IDs as order/product meta for clean two-way reconciliation. Is this an instant download I can install myself?
No. This is a build-to-order integration. ECOSIRE builds the connector against your specific NetSuite account, subsidiaries, custom fields and WooCommerce configuration, then installs and configures it on your WordPress site (staging first, then production). There is no self-service marketplace download, because every NetSuite account uses different internal IDs, record types and SuiteScript customizations that the connector must be mapped to.
How long until it's live, and what's the delivery lead time?
Typical delivery is roughly 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff, depending on the complexity of your NetSuite setup (number of subsidiaries, currencies, custom fields, special order/refund flows). After purchase we schedule a discovery call to confirm your SuiteTalk access, record types and field mappings, then build and test on a staging copy of your site before go-live. We give you a firm timeline after that discovery call.
What do you need from us on the NetSuite side?
We need a NetSuite role with SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP) access and Token-Based Authentication enabled, plus the ability to create an integration record. We'll guide you through generating the TBA tokens and granting the right permissions. We also need to know your subsidiaries, currencies, item types, tax codes and GL accounts, and any custom fields you want synced. No credentials are stored in the browser — TBA tokens are configured securely server-side.
Will it work with HPOS, WPML and my multisite network?
Yes. The connector is built HPOS-aware, so it reads and writes against WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (the custom order tables) as well as legacy order storage. Because product and customer matching is keyed on SKU and a stable external ID, it works with WPML multilingual stores and WordPress multisite networks, with per-site configuration so each store maps to the correct NetSuite entity.
What about ongoing support, updates and breaking API changes?
Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and for compatibility updates when WooCommerce, WordPress core or the NetSuite SuiteTalk API change.
