How long until it's live on my store, and is this an instant download?
It is build-to-order, not an instant WordPress.org or WooCommerce.com download. After we confirm which carriers and accounts you use, a typical build, install and configuration runs about 2 to 3 weeks. We develop against your carrier credentials, install on staging or production, and verify live checkout rating, label printing and tracking sync on your real orders before handing over.
What carrier accounts and credentials do I need to provide?
You bring your own contracted accounts with DHL, UPS, Aramex and any regional carriers, including their API keys, account numbers and (where required) shipper/site IDs. We never invent or resell carrier accounts. Rates and labels come from your negotiated contracts, and your credentials are stored encrypted in a dedicated settings store — never in plaintext order meta or exposed via the REST API.
Will it work with HPOS and my existing theme and plugins?
Yes. The plugin is built against WooCommerce's High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables) as well as the legacy posts table, and it uses the standard WC_Shipping_Method and order-meta APIs rather than hacking core.
