Cross-border WooCommerce stores lose margin to guessed flat rates and lose hours to copy-pasting addresses into a dozen carrier portals. Multi-Carrier Shipping & Label Printing consolidates that work into one screen inside wp-admin. At checkout, the plugin registers a WC_Shipping_Method that calls DHL, UPS, Aramex and the regional carriers you actually use, returns live rated quotes, and presents them as standard WooCommerce shipping rates — so customers see real, destination-accurate prices instead of a flat fee.
This is not an instant marketplace download. ECOSIRE builds the plugin to your carrier accounts and fulfillment workflow, then installs and configures it on your live WordPress site and supports it afterward. We wire your carrier API credentials (stored encrypted, never in plaintext post meta), map your packaging presets, and tune the cheapest-vs-fastest auto-selection rules to your SLAs.
From the order screen — fully HPOS / custom order tables compatible — your team prints a carrier label and generates the AWB in one click, schedules a courier pickup, and pushes the tracking number back onto the order. Tracking events sync via WP-Cron and trigger WooCommerce's customer notification emails, so buyers get "shipped" and "out for delivery" updates without manual chasing.
Built on real WordPress primitives — hooks, actions and filters, the WooCommerce REST API for headless/ERP sync, and WC_Logger for auditable carrier responses — the plugin is WPML and multisite aware and ships with documented filters so your developers can extend rate logic. You own the code outright after the one-time build; no per-label SaaS fees.
Ships internationally and wants checkout to show real DHL/UPS/Aramex rates by destination instead of a flat fee that either eats margin or scares off buyers.
Processes dozens of orders a day and needs one-click labels, AWBs and pickup booking from the WooCommerce order screen rather than juggling separate carrier portals.
Maintains the client's WordPress stack and needs a clean, HPOS-compatible plugin with documented hooks and REST endpoints they can extend and sync to an ERP without reverse-engineering a black box.

It is build-to-order, not an instant WordPress.org or WooCommerce.com download. After we confirm which carriers and accounts you use, a typical build, install and configuration runs about 2 to 3 weeks. We develop against your carrier credentials, install on staging or production, and verify live checkout rating, label printing and tracking sync on your real orders before handing over.
You bring your own contracted accounts with DHL, UPS, Aramex and any regional carriers, including their API keys, account numbers and (where required) shipper/site IDs. We never invent or resell carrier accounts. Rates and labels come from your negotiated contracts, and your credentials are stored encrypted in a dedicated settings store — never in plaintext order meta or exposed via the REST API.
Yes. The plugin is built against WooCommerce's High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables) as well as the legacy posts table, and it uses the standard WC_Shipping_Method and order-meta APIs rather than hacking core. We test it against your active theme and key plugins on staging first. If a conflict surfaces, resolving it is part of the engagement.
Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and for adjustments when a carrier changes its API. Because you own the code outright, there are no per-label SaaS fees. For longer-term coverage — WooCommerce and WordPress core-update compatibility, new carrier integrations, and feature additions — ECOSIRE offers an optional support and maintenance retainer.
Yes. The plugin exposes documented WordPress hooks and filters — for example to add surcharges, exclude a carrier per zone, or override the cheapest/fastest decision — so your team can customize behavior without forking the code. It also ships WooCommerce REST API endpoints to read shipment status and push fulfillment from an external ERP or WMS, with the contract documented in the handover runbook.
At checkout the plugin's WC_Shipping_Method calls each enabled carrier's rating API in parallel, using your packaging presets to compute dimensional weight, and returns the quotes as native WooCommerce rates. On the order screen, label and AWB generation calls the carrier's shipment API and returns a print-ready PDF. Tracking events are polled on a WP-Cron schedule and written back to the order, triggering WooCommerce's notification emails.
