MONEI Payments for WooCommerce is a build-to-order payment gateway that wires your WooCommerce store directly into the MONEI payment platform, the smart-routing gateway most Spanish and EU merchants reach for when they need Bizum alongside cards. This is not an instant marketplace download. ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures the plugin on your live WordPress site, then supports it after launch.
The gateway registers as a proper WC_Payment_Gateway subclass, so it appears natively under WooCommerce → Settings → Payments with its own wp-admin configuration screen. We wire your MONEI Account ID and API key, choose between hosted checkout (redirect to MONEI's PCI-DSS-hosted page) or embedded checkout (the MONEI Components card field rendered inline on your WooCommerce checkout), and expose each method, Bizum, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, as a selectable payment option.
On the back end we register a secure REST webhook callback so MONEI payment events update order status in real time, with HMAC signature verification to reject spoofed calls. Successful captures move orders to processing/completed; refunds issued from the WooCommerce order screen are pushed to MONEI through its API and reconciled back. We build against the High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) custom order tables, keep all secrets out of the page source, and respect idempotency so a retried webhook never double-processes an order.
You get a gateway tailored to your theme, checkout flow, currency and tax setup, with WPML and multisite handled when needed, plus a documented handover. Honest delivery timeline and ongoing support are covered below.

How long does delivery take, and is this an instant download?
It is not an instant download. This is a build-to-order plugin: ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures it on your WordPress site. Typical delivery is about 5 to 10 business days from when we receive your MONEI account access and site credentials, depending on how many payment methods (Bizum, cards, wallets, PayPal) and how much checkout customization you need. We confirm a firm date during scoping before any work starts.
What do I need to provide before you start?
A working WooCommerce store, your MONEI account with API key and Account ID (and sandbox credentials for testing), admin access to your WordPress site, and confirmation of which payment methods you want enabled. If Bizum or specific wallets need activating inside MONEI, we will tell you what to request from MONEI.
Do I get ongoing support and updates?
Yes. Each build includes a support window after go-live for fixes and configuration help. Because WooCommerce, WordPress and the MONEI API evolve, we offer ongoing maintenance to keep the gateway compatible with new WooCommerce releases, HPOS changes and MONEI API updates. Support scope and duration are agreed in writing during scoping; you own the installed source code on your site.
Will this work with HPOS and my current checkout?
Yes. We build against High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables) and test against your actual checkout, whether you use the block-based checkout or the classic shortcode checkout, and your specific theme. We verify Bizum, card and wallet flows end to end in sandbox before going live.
Is the MONEI integration secure?
Yes. API keys and account secrets are stored server-side and never exposed in page markup or client JavaScript. The webhook callback verifies MONEI's HMAC signature to reject spoofed requests, and we use hosted or PCI-compliant embedded checkout so raw card data is handled by MONEI, not your server. Order handling is idempotent so retried webhooks cannot double-process a payment.
