JD.com (Mirakl) Integration for WooCommerce is a build-to-order plugin that connects your WordPress + WooCommerce store to the JD.com marketplace and the cross-border JD Worldwide program through the Mirakl-style marketplace connector API JD exposes to third-party sellers. This is not an instant download from WooCommerce.com or WordPress.org — ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures it directly on your site, then supports it.
The plugin runs as a standard WordPress plugin inside wp-admin, reads your products through the WooCommerce REST API and the native WC_Product data model, and pushes them to JD's seller catalog. Inventory and price changes are published on a schedule driven by WP-Cron (or a real system cron for high-volume stores), and JD orders are imported back as native WooCommerce orders — fully HPOS-compatible (the custom order tables introduced in WooCommerce, not just the legacy wp_posts storage).
Because JD requires every listing to map to its category tree and attribute taxonomy, we build a category and attribute mapping layer in wp-admin so your WooCommerce categories, attributes and variations translate into valid JD values. Cross-border (JD Worldwide) fields — country of origin, bonded-warehouse flags, HS codes, customs declaration data — are added as mapped fields so listings pass JD Worldwide validation.
Everything is built with WordPress hooks, actions and filters so the logic is overridable and survives theme/core updates. We respect your existing setup: WPML / multisite, custom post types, and your current payment and shipping stack stay intact. You own the code outright after delivery — no per-order fees, no locked SaaS middleware.

How long does delivery take, since this isn't an instant download?
This is a build-to-order plugin, not an instant marketplace download. After purchase we confirm your JD seller / Mirakl connector API access and your WooCommerce setup, then build, install and configure the plugin on your site. Typical delivery is around one working week depending on catalog complexity, the number of JD categories you map, and whether JD Worldwide cross-border fields are in scope. We give you a firm timeline before work starts.
What ongoing support and updates do I get after it's installed?
Every build includes a post-delivery support and bug-fix window. If JD changes its connector API or category requirements, or a WooCommerce/WordPress update changes behavior, we handle fixes within that window. After it ends you can buy a maintenance retainer for ongoing updates, or — because you own the full source code — your own developers can maintain it, since it's a standard hooks-and-filters WordPress plugin with no locked SaaS dependency.
Do I need an approved JD.com seller account before you can build this?
Yes. JD.com and JD Worldwide require an approved seller account and access to their third-party connector API (the Mirakl-style marketplace API). We integrate against that API on your behalf, but ECOSIRE cannot grant JD seller approval — that comes from JD. We're happy to advise on what API credentials and permissions we'll need so you can request them in parallel.
Is it compatible with HPOS (the new WooCommerce order tables) and my existing plugins?
Yes. The integration is built for High-Performance Order Storage, so imported JD orders are written to WooCommerce's custom order tables rather than the legacy wp_posts storage. It's built on standard WordPress hooks, actions and filters and is designed to coexist with your current payment gateways, shipping plugins, WPML and multisite setup. We verify compatibility on staging before going live.
Does WooCommerce do any of this on its own, or do I really need a custom integration?
WooCommerce core has no JD.com or Mirakl connector — it manages your own store's catalog and orders but cannot publish listings to JD, sync inventory to a JD offer, or import JD orders. Generic multichannel plugins on WooCommerce.com don't target JD's specific category tree, attribute taxonomy or JD Worldwide cross-border fields. A custom integration against JD's connector API is what bridges that gap, which is exactly what we build.
