Gym & Fitness Studio Membership Manager is a custom WooCommerce extension that ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports on your own WordPress site — it is not an instant download from WooCommerce.com or WordPress.org. After purchase we scope your timetable, package structure and gateway, then deliver a tested plugin installed directly into wp-content/plugins on your environment.

The plugin registers custom post types for fitness_class, trainer and membership_package, each with their own wp-admin management screens, taxonomies (class type, difficulty, location) and meta boxes. A weekly class timetable renders via shortcode or block, enforcing per-session capacity and an automatic waitlist that promotes the next member when a spot frees up.

Membership packages are real WooCommerce products powered by WooCommerce Subscriptions, so recurring billing, renewals, suspensions and failed-payment retries run through your existing gateway (Stripe, PayPal or WooPayments) and standard subscription hooks like woocommerce_subscription_status_active. Booking and check-in records are written to HPOS-compatible custom tables, keeping order and attendance data fast and queryable.

Members book classes or personal-training slots from a My Account booking panel; staff record attendance from a tablet-friendly check-in screen. Everything is exposed over the WooCommerce REST API with custom namespaced routes for door systems or mobile apps, and wired through WordPress actions and filters so your developers can extend it. WP-Cron handles waitlist promotion, expiry reminders and no-show flagging.

It is fully translation-ready (WPML / Polylang) and multisite-aware. You own the code outright after delivery — no per-seat SaaS fees.

No. This is a build-to-order product. ECOSIRE custom-builds the plugin around your specific timetable, package structure and payment gateway, then installs it directly into wp-content/plugins on your WordPress site and tests it with you. There is no marketplace download link — you receive a working, installed plugin and the source code.

How long does delivery take after I purchase?

Typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks from the scoping call, depending on how many class types, membership tiers and integrations (door systems, custom emails) you need. We confirm a firm date during scoping. Rush timelines can sometimes be accommodated — ask before purchase.

What ongoing support and updates are included?

Each build includes a defined post-launch support window for bug fixes and configuration help, plus compatibility updates against new WooCommerce, WooCommerce Subscriptions and WordPress core releases during that window. After it ends you own the code outright and can extend a support/maintenance retainer or hand it to your own developers.

Does it require WooCommerce Subscriptions, and does it work with HPOS?

Recurring membership billing uses the official WooCommerce Subscriptions extension (a separate license you provide or we help you acquire). One-off bookings and packages do not require it. The plugin stores booking and attendance data in HPOS-compatible custom tables, so it works whether or not you have enabled High-Performance Order Storage.

Can it connect to a door-access system or future mobile app?

Yes. The plugin exposes namespaced WooCommerce REST API routes for check-ins, bookings and membership status, so a kiosk, turnstile or mobile app can read and write data. We document these routes at handover. Custom hardware integrations can be scoped as part of the build.
