Selling into Korea on Coupang means living inside a marketplace whose catalog, options and fulfillment rules look nothing like a default WooCommerce store. This is a build-to-order WooCommerce plugin — ECOSIRE builds it against your exact catalog, installs it on your WordPress site, and supports it. There is no instant download: we configure it to your Coupang Wing/OpenAPI seller credentials, your category structure and your shipping setup before handover.

The plugin registers as a standard WordPress plugin and talks to Coupang over the Coupang OpenAPI while reading and writing your store through the WooCommerce data layer (products as the product post type / HPOS-compatible order tables). Listings are pushed from WooCommerce to Coupang with category and option mapping so WooCommerce attributes and variations land in the correct Coupang category options. Inventory and price synchronization runs both directions on a schedule, keeping stock levels honest across channels.

Orders placed on Coupang are imported as native WooCommerce orders (full HPOS / custom order tables support), so your existing fulfillment, email and reporting flows just work. When you ship, the plugin pushes shipment and tracking data back to Coupang to close the fulfillment loop and protect your seller metrics.

Sync runs on WP-Cron (or a real system cron for high-volume stores), with WordPress hooks, actions and filters exposed so developers can extend mapping logic, transform fields, or hook into sync events. Everything is configurable from a dedicated wp-admin settings screen — API credentials, sync intervals, category maps and field overrides. Because ECOSIRE builds it to order, edge cases specific to your catalog (bundles, variable products, KRW pricing, Korean-language titles) are handled during the build rather than left to you.

How long until the plugin is built and live on my site?

Typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks from the point we have your Coupang OpenAPI/Wing credentials, a representative catalog and access to your WordPress site. This is build-to-order, not an instant download: the timeline covers building against your real catalog, mapping your categories to Coupang's, and a supervised first sync. Larger or unusual catalogs (heavy variable products, many categories) can extend this, and we'll give you a firm estimate after a short scoping call.

What ongoing support and updates are included?

Every build includes a post-launch support window covering bug fixes and compatibility updates when Coupang changes its OpenAPI or when you update WooCommerce/WordPress. Because the plugin is custom and installed on your own site, there is no auto-update from a public marketplace — we ship updates directly to you. After the included window, ongoing maintenance and feature additions are available as a support retainer.

Do I need a Coupang seller account and API access already?

Yes. You need an active Coupang seller account with Coupang Wing / OpenAPI access enabled, including your Access Key, Secret Key and Vendor ID. We configure the plugin with those credentials; we don't create or own the Coupang account on your behalf. If you're still onboarding to Coupang, we can advise on what to request, but the marketplace account stays yours.

Will Coupang orders show up as normal WooCommerce orders?

Yes. Orders placed on Coupang are imported as native WooCommerce orders, fully compatible with HPOS / custom order tables. They flow into the same fulfillment, email and reporting processes you already use, and when you mark them shipped the plugin pushes the shipment and tracking number back to Coupang automatically.

Can the integration be customized for my catalog and extended later?

Yes. The plugin exposes WordPress hooks, actions and filters so your developers (or ours) can override category/option mapping, transform fields, or hook into sync events.
